Operation Save America came to EMW clinic on Saturday.Â
They sat down in front of the door to block access to the clinic.  They were removed by police.  This is the first time this tactic has been used since the late 80′s early 90′s “Summer of Mercy” in Witchita, KS.Â
This behavior is going to continue. Â These people are terrorists
These people want to replace the current structure of law and replace it with a religious based one. Â
Theonomy holds that the Mosaic Law remains fully in force, and that society should be governed by the implementation of the Mosaic Law. Theonomy is a postmillennial vision that believes that the rule of Christ will come, not through an apocalyptic in-breaking via the sudden return of Jesus, but through the gradual transformation of the world as the Gospel takes root in cultures and governments across the globe.
Believing this, Theonomy holds that, as the Gospel advances, the rule of the Mosaic Law, given by God to the people of Israel, will and should become the Law that governs all the nations. As such, Theonomy strives to structure society according to the Mosaic Law. For Theonomists, the goal is to gain control of governments in order to implement and enforce the Mosaic Law on the broader society.
Holding to this vision, a feature of Theonomy is its celebration of violence. Pushing against what it views as the weak, woke Gospel that has captured the American church, Theonomy glories in the God who breaks his enemy’s teeth and executes justice through the violence of warring powers. In this, Theonomy makes violence a value to be celebrated, and believes that the violence of the Christian Nation is the means of God establishing his rule in the world.
Hence, Hegseth’s glorying in “epic fury,” “lethality,” “the warrior ethos,” “peace through strength,” and “gifting death.” For Hegseth, none of these contradict the Gospel; on the contrary, these are the way of God, who utilizes the lethal warrior to kill America’s “wicked enemies” who “deserve no mercy” and will be “delivered into the eternal damnation prepared for them” by the justice of bombs dropped by the Department of War.
We shall keep our priests within the confines of their temples in the same way as we shall keep our professional army within the confines of their barracks. Army and priesthood shall receive honors high as their valuable functions deserve. But they must not interfere in the administration of the State which confers distinction upon them, else they will conjure up difficulties without and within.
— Theodor Herzl
Perhaps it didn't occur to him that having fundamentalist laymen in power can be just as bad.
