How to deal with grief?
feel it, feel it, feel it to the core, let it consume you, cry, cry, cry as much as you’d like and more
scream, scream, scream out loud to the world, to the horizon, scream from the top of a mountain or a building, scream from a bridge to the river, scream into your pillow
talk, talk, talk about it to yourself, I our friends, family, with strangers, animals, plants, that table, just about any living or non living thing you find, just talk
hold, hold, hold onto it like it is your baby, like it is the most precious thing, like you’ll never find anything like it again
write, write, write about it, use you words, your pen, your colours, your tongue, let everyone know about it, till the point they are fed up of you and the grief
let it go, let it go, let it go like it was never yours
