And thus, the professor has returned home from her spring term of Guest Scholar-ing. It’s time to get back to the Studyblr/Litblring, not to mention the fiction writing. Hi, everyone!

"Hello there." The brunette politely greeted the stranger, a small smile forming at the corners of her lips. "How may I help you?"
❂ ((Because this could actually happen))
❂: My muse is clumsy and crashes into yours.
Anyone would be lying if they said the streets of LA weren’t crowded. Sasan knew this very well, and knew how to get from one play to another with ease. Traffic was worse than bodies pressing together, brushing arms and shoulders and sometimes chests or tripping into the street or building to avoid contact. Today was calmer and the man was grateful for that as he left his Beverly Hills home for some time out in the sun while it wasn’t horribly hot.
His hand clutched a leash, the other padded against the protected screen of his phone as he paid attention to the letters typed, not on where he was going. Noah, his large shepherd lead the way, and people moved accordingly out of the way.
Sasan, while texting, had faith in his dog to keep him from running out into traffic, but he couldn’t protect him from what was to come.
Noah had passed this large black box about two seconds before Sasan did. Enough time for a man to emerge from the box and collide with both the leash and then the man following it. Sasan leaped out of his skin and tried to brace himself against the contact but both of them crashed together with limbs and shocked tones. Noah didn’t make it any better by winding around the both of them so the leash kept their legs together. The only way to go was probably down. Luckily they knew how to catch themselves without hurting the other and used the large black box the stranger came out of for support.
After they calmed down a moment, and Sasan got Noah from being wrapped around his legs, he was the first to begin to laugh at how they must have looked to those walking by. It was contagious enough for the stranger to begin laughing as well, both still slightly holding on to one another and the box, just in case their trip wasn’t over.

"Hello," Hermione smiled. "Can I give you a hand with something? You're looking a little lost."

A black police call box was something one didn't see every day. Brooke had to stop and do a double-take, hands stuffed in the pockets of her labcoat as she stared out the window. She was sure that hadn't been there before.
Impulse took her, and she snatched her colt from her desk drawer and holstered it to her hip. She threw off her labcoat and flung it over the light-table and then shrugged on her brown military jacket, throwing her curls up and storming down the stairs and out to the street. If this was some alien threat... she had to know. She couldn't deny the resemblance to the TARDIS.
For all Brooke knew, he could be another regeneration of the Doctor. She had pictures of all his faces, but never once had he mentioned a black TARDIS.
She flung open the door and stepped inside, fighting between surprise and a disturbed-feeling as she found that it was, indeed, bigger on the inside. Brooke bit her lip and looked around. It didn't look like the TARDIS she knew. She walked toward the console, running her hands along it.
"Mm, no- you don't feel like the TARDIS either," she murmured to the ship. The hum beneath her fingertips was entirely different, higher-pitched, almost younger-sounding, less sad.

/ Hi! Thanks for following! If you'd like to rp with me, just like this post and I'll make a little starter, or if you'd like to plot something more detailed, just drop me an ask :) I'm just making this post because more times than not, introductory starters go un-replied to.
