had another "sitting with my feelings" session with myself saturday afternoon after being triggered when listening to "papaoutai" by stromae the night before. I cried so much - more than my last session. I couldn't even process my feelings sitting down. I had to go to my bed & hug something because of how much pain & sorrow I felt. ⠀⠀

I'm proud of myself for all the work I've been doing on myself. it feels so good that I'm growing stronger and stronger the more vulnerable I allow myself to be. I thought being strong meant the opposite of being vulnerable, but it's so far from it.
