Cyrus just sits there and blinks at this new character’s little tirade. He wasn’t aware that he was being sensitive (or insensitive) towards his words. It’s not unusual for him to be told that - plenty of characters hear his normal tone of voice and expression and take them as someone with a bad attitude - but he really was quite certain he was being polite, and apologetic when the new character pointed out how little he appreciated being called a “little” character.

Needless to say, he is very confused by this.

He’s about to just get down to business and start up a story at random - perhaps something relaxing, seeing as this character is already on edge - when Thursday starts laughing.

Quickly, Cyrus shuts off the microphone. “What are you laughing about?” he asks her.

“Oh, nothing, hahahaha,” she continues giggling. “It just sounded like he was asking for your manager, that’s all. Hahahaha! What’s his name anyway?”

Cyrus pulls over one of their scripts and checks it for a name. Unfortunately, there is no name listed.

“Ohhh, you know what this means, Cyrus? You can call him Karen! Hahaha, you know, since he asked for your manager and all.”

“...I am not calling our new character Karen, Thursday.”

Without replying, Thursday leans over and switches the mic back on. “Hi there! I couldn’t help but overhear that you wanted to work with a different Narrator. Well, lucky you, because I am also a Narrator! But, if I’m honest, Cyrus here is perfectly nice to work with, K-... Actually, what’s your name?”

Why are people being mean Rex all of a sudden? Sure, we don't get along most of the time, but give me a break here, send hate towards...I don't fucking know...bad weather?

Kokichi decided to visit Rex cause his plan on the rescue mission is on hold due to Cas being fucking dead. Besides, he needed someone to make sure Rex won't try and do revenge on those who kick his ass. Kokichi then starts the recorder hidden in his pants as he walks to where Rex is. "Alright, I have a question for you, and don't act dumb on me, how did you know Xabby?" @theredactedparable

"Jesus Christ, you're persistent." Rex told him, although he didn't look up when Kokichi approached. He was busy cleaning his knife, which had started to collect bloodstains at the handle.

"Alright, listen here ya clown." He said, using his favorite nickname for the leader and ignoring his question.

"If you tell me how to get into the mirror world, I'll tell you where you can find Xabby. Sounds good?"

Okay, listen here you little shits! You can't create another article when you know nothing about them! I'm going to find a way to shut this down before all hell goes loose! Hell, I wouldn’t even mind corrupting you to death while stabbing you multiple times to make sure you stay dead and never restart. In fact, I could easily use a pink hammer to knock you out and crush you in the same way I died! There was no reply from either of them but that doesn't mean they didn't hear him. They were going to make sure Kokichi's article was going to be the most damaging one yet, that'll teach the little shit to threaten them.

Taylor glanced at Tiana, who nodded and held up her phone. It was still recording Kokichi's angry rants.

Kokichi noclips into the area where he thought it was the office, but nope, it's the circus. "Shit, did I noclip the wrong turn?"

Kokichi wander into the circus tent and decided to sit down cause why not. "Ah, whatever, at least it's nice and quiet as long as nothing happens." @theredactedparable

"What should happen?"

    A voice says softly from next to him. A boy stood over him, dressed completely in black, from his fingerless gloves to the thick boots now dusty with sawdust and sand. He studied Kokichi curiously. One of his eyes was fucked up, the sclera black instead of white, although it could've just been a contact lens. In a circus, who could really know what was real and what wasn't?

"The show hasn't started yet. Until then you are safe. But you shouldn't linger around without a ticket. They might catch you."

[ cas responds, not for the first time grateful that text can't convey quite the force with which he's gritting his teeth or the fervour with which he's fantasising about all the other, slightly more...strangulation-related things he could be doing in this moment.

besides, as much as he hated to deny it, he...did get into a hell of a lot of disputes. he had a hell of a lot more to get though, too, as far as he was concerned-- especially when it came to marriage agreements between his husband and some- some angel.

who even married angels in this day and age, huh? didn't they just go around passing the word of the lord and being in love with men called dean?

alright, on retrospect, maybe he didn't even need to fake this argument. just...hold off on it until the mission was underway.

Oh. It's been a while since he's dealt with this particular topic. Jonathan's expression breaks into a smile, pleased that Kokichi has chosen to come to him for advice.

"Is that so?" The Narrator gestures for him to sit down and spawns in a cup of tea for the Leader to take.

"I assure you, my dear, you are not mentally unstable. I have a pretty good idea what it might be, though. And it…well, it has driven lots of people to madness." He chuckles a little at his own joke.

"But before I diagnose you, I have to ask. Has this happened before? Have you ever found your face to get hot around her, or your hands exceptionally sweaty? Perhaps you find yourself thinking of her more often than usual?"

"No, why the hell would you interview a corrupted employee in a place like this?! Do you have a death wish?!"
