Letting Go… I decided to let go of somethings during the 2020 shakedown: 👉🏽Wrinkles 👉🏽People pleasing 👉🏽Toxic Relationships 👉🏽DOMS - delayed onset muscle soreness If this past year did not wake you up or shake you down, I pray that something else will. Pivots can open the door toward positive transformation. For some, they just get more bitter and place blame. It’s all a matter of perspective. I’m so thankful and feel blessed to have new opportunities for growth. Last summer, Dr. B thought me these three things: ✅Accept (want this want that; can’t control everything, no need to prove anything to anyone, really “get” people, if you don’t get them re-phrase back to them) ✅Grow (how can I grow from this experience, not why is this happening me, what does God have planned from this, we are part of nature) ✅Contribute (to others and greater good, lots of people are hoarders, meant to be givers, we are meant to be community) Letting go and embracing change can be painful, but necessary to love fully and live our best life. #transformationthursday #thrivenotjustsurvive #theredoxedge #redoxresults #healthy #letgo (at Green Lake, Seattle) https://www.instagram.com/p/CR6ox2dC8gl/?utm_medium=tumblr
