All the love I had to give, I had to place it in school, in work, in somewhere else. Because you didn't want to take it from me.

If tomorrow you look into my eyes and don't recognize them anymore, would you take your time to know them again or would you just look away?
— please don't take your eyes off of me // w.g.
And tonight I'm letting the alcohol drown my thoughts and the cigarette smoke cloud my emotions I'll wait until my world begins spinning and I feel my hands shaking I'd take the next tequila shot then light another cigarette and I'll secretly wish you'll come to save me even if I know you won't
— i probably should save myself from this // w.g.
“We’re both scared of what’s in store for the future. We’re both afraid of handling the issues that will soon rise. We’re both terrified to speak up and let others see what exactly are we going through. And you know what? I don’t think it’s necessary. I don’t think I need to broadcast to the whole world who you are to me and what we are right now. Just because they don’t know, doesn’t mean it’s not real anyway.
I don’t exactly know how long this will last, but just the fact that I can see that you’re really trying to keep ‘whatever it is’ we are right now, gives me enough courage to try my best as well.”
—what i felt May 20, 2012: i should’ve known uncertain things don’t last // w.g.
Remember that the only restrictions in life and love are the ones you make. You choose what you want, what you need, who you love, or where you’re heading in this lifetime. You choose when’s the right time — to love, to pursue a career, or to make a change, because to be honest the right time will never come if you just sit around and wait for it. You choose if you are good enough, because no matter how much you feel that you aren’t, we are all designed by God to be capable of being the best — either for something or for someone — so quit moping and complaining about things you can change. You can be good enough if you just try. Everything in this life of yours is your choice, any other reason is only an excuse. You are in control. Remember that.
from me, to you // w.g.
"I’m having a hard time putting myself back together, to be honest. It’s like every day I try real hard to build myself, only to let it crumble before the day actually ends. It just keeps on happening, like a never-ending cycle. In fact it amazes me how I’m still standing right now, despite of how messed up I am. I’m still here, and maybe that’s a good thing," she pondered. — i’m here for a reason, aren’t i? // w.g
The worst battle you could ever fight will be the one against your heart.
The one where you don’t want to lose what's inside of it, but the longer you hold on, the more painful it is for you. And you don't exactly know if the person you’re holding onto cares at all.
But why won’t you leave if there’s no more reason to stay?
You deserve so much better, but you chose to ignore that in order to be with the one you really love. It’s not your fault if he did not see that.
— maybe he will when you’re gone // w.g.
You may say I'm s t u p i d, and you may say “I told you so” This is what my heart is telling me when my brain is shouting a n o t h e r. It’s quite a battle actually — but my heart is winning // w.g.
