And you shall have it!   Just keep in mind, I’m a perfectionist sloth with the attention-span of a cat (you know - one minute fixated, the next meh, I can’t be bothered).  But it is really looking hopeful that I will actually publish them soon-ish!

Troy, Harlan, and Josiah for the male models, and Audra for one of the female models? I can see Audra as a paddleboarder, for some reason.

Troy and Josiah are definitely coming to this beach party.  Harlan and Jonah are taking a break from modeling.  They will make an appearance again when I get back to the spell casters and wands.  I’m totally on board with the Audra-as-paddleboarder vision.  I’m dusting off Kamilla (my usual avatar from the way-back), which means Nigel has gotta be there.

(And in fact, it was Kamilla and Nigel that kinda got the ball rolling on this theme. Way back in the 2014-ish timeframe, I made a pair of poses for them for a photoshoot.  I never published the poses back then, so better late than never!)

Since no one else has chimed in I guess I’ll do the picking on models.

SO... Troy, Josiah, Nigel.  Abel, Neal and Trent. And for the ladies, Audra and Kamilla.  And I’ll keep Maxwell, Donnell, Langston, Connie, Jillian and Raina on speed-dial as "extras”.  Keeping in mind I may alter them for the proper aesthetic for the photos.

I’m glad it takes you 1-20 times too..I struggle just the same. The end result is amazing tho so you nailed it!

It’s definitely not just you, I’ve always struggled with likenesses and faces in general and there’s a point in every portrait painting that I just want to scream and give up. I need more practice, waaaay more practice. But take comfort that with every struggle you get a bit better for next time (I was just looking at some of my utter failures from a few years ago and saw the improvement). And thank you!

Back to the traditional landscape format with my last picture before my trip back home (France I have missed you <3).

Anastasia von Rosenthal, Andalusian mare owned by Christina Hanson (thevintagesim), under the saddle of Claire Grèzes for Centre Equestre des Champs.

Here, the couple is performing a piaffe down the center line (in I - letter R hidden behind the horse).

This is probably the last picture for the month (first and last), but I will be back in July with more. I also apologize for those waiting for the sand/grass tutorial. I will try to whip you up something before I leave (I forget to do it everytime u_u)

Edit: minor add-on: foam... crazy how after spending 3-4 days on something, there is always something you forget... Anyways, it is fixed now :)
