I meant to repost this on #NationalEqualPayDay, but no matter, until the wage gap is closed this will always be a daily issue. I am an educated Black Woman (2 degrees a BSBA & a JD) and I know even with all my education & years of work experience my earnings are well below some of my counterparts with less education & less experience. And that is sad & it is not fair. But no matter what we must not give up & keep fighting for what is right. I think the state of California has made great strides to fix the issue but we’ve still got miles to go. #thewagegapisreal #eracism #sexismisreal #racismisreal
