so i'm playing dai for the first time and i'm in val royeaux and this mage comes up and starts talking to me. i literally did not believe it was fiona because all i've seen of her is the art you post. i was actually SO PISSED when i realized that's who it was, on your behalf. i have read no da books but i do not think that's how she should look based on what you've said

Yeah, basically she’s absolutely whitewashed, and the thing is, most of the fandom pre-DAI tended to portray her as brown in their art.
