Simon for the character ask thing (he's my fave Jericrew member)

1: sexuality headcanon: Once again, we’re are dealing with android sexuality, for which my answer is that gender is not factored into the equation. However, I do think that Simon’s type is basically anyone who gives him hope, which can have both good results and bad for him personally. Markus is his super obvious crush during the events of the game but I do headcanon that he was the leader of Jericho before Markus arrived and considered North his heir should he have died, so he does have a little thing for her too. In terms of a Human AU, Simon is queer with a preference toward men.

2: otp: Markus/North/Josh/Simon. Because they give him so much hope and, damn, can they ever deliver on that promise.

3: brotp: Simon and Lucy. Simon is the oldest deviant in the entire game and Lucy feels like she was a staple on Jericho for a while, so I figure that they’re actually part of Jericho’s old guard while Josh and North are relative new comers in comparison and Markus is just new. Simon and Lucy have seen so much since their arrival and none of Jericho’s inhabitants from their time remain in a form that isn’t a recycled biocomponent, so they gravitate toward each other because they are all that they have left of that part of their lives.

4: notp: It’s not really a notp because I could see it happening but Simon/Connor. But it’s more in the sense that I think that they see far too much if themselves in each other and would self-hate fuck once before never, ever talking about it ever again because the aftermath was the most awkward thing they’ve both ever done.

5: first headcanon that pops into my head: Simon would be pro-Nuclear Ending because he would put Jericho’s continued safety and existence over literally anything.

6: favorite line from this character: The moment Markus or North calls for an armed response to the human’s violence in Crossroads, Simon’s immediate response is, “I’m on it.” Because when push comes to shove, Simon words and actions show that he supports the Revolution more than he ever does the Demonstration - and the only reason people think otherwise is because the game relies so heavily on visible Stats instead of its own storytelling.

7: one way in which I relate to this character: I am incredibly loyal.

8: thing that gives me second hand embarrassment about this character: My depressed bastard of a son would never beg for Markus to spare his life on Stratford Tower’s roof if he even remotely suspected that someone could access his memories and tear Jericho’s location out of him. In fact, he’s beg for Markus to kill him to protect the people he loves so dearly, and would consider that mercy in comparison to what the humans and CyberLife’s deviant hunter would do to him if he was caught alive.

9: cinnamon roll or problematic fave?If Markus is a burnt cinnamon rolls, then Simon is just straight-up charcoal that can somehow be re-hydrated if given an opportunity to feel hope again.
