I'd like to think Hades looked at all 108 of the suitors and said "no, I'm not determining your punishment"
and they all sighed in relief and then Persephone is just sitting there, petting two of Ceberus's heads with this look of fucking pure, yet calm, rage.
Something her mother passed down to her.
And Hades calmly motions to Persephone and says "however, she's been waiting for you since Athena promised bloodshed."
Which means Persephone has been plotting for 2 whole sagas to make these men suffer. But it gets worse for them because of what they planned to do to Telemachus. And even fucking worse with what the were going to do with Penelope.
There's a reason why the ancient Greeks were afraid of Persephone, and there's no way in hell (or Hades in this case) she let them go off the hook.
They felt every ounce of pain they deserved in the underworld.
