So Marie Lu has once said if she was stuck on a island and if she were to bring her characters she said she would bring Day cause he’s been on the streets, Tess for medical help, and Teren if there is a wild animal on said island. But they would have to lock Teren in a cage and bring him out whenever they need him. I’m just imagining Day, Tess, and Marie huddled together while holding a stick and poking it at Teren until he gets in the cage.

from kneeling and weeping

over the life

seeing me

silently grieve?

i thieve over those

that reek with glee.

when you touch my hand?

i'm at home with the dark,

so what is this joy

that i couldn't understand?

the whispers seem to die down

like i didn't rise up from hell?

i have lost a lover once,

held his lifeless body in

brought accidental death

to his soulful eyes
