Given Occtis's lack of game and/or ability to fully process his emotions even when he was alive, I fully need the Thicctis revelation moment to be like:

Thimble: You know youre in love with me, right?

Occtis: I am? ... Oh. I am.

Like that wizard is not gonna figure it out himself if he hasnt already

But he did just stare down the possibility of a world without her and that usually leads to a lot of revelations... So you know... He'll be happy to pine for her in the background and never ever ever make the first move while his best friend reads him like a book and they go out on cute little dates the way they used to make mischief as children

And it would still take someone else to point out to Occtis what theyve basically been doing

Occtis: Have we been dating this whole time???

Thimble: No!

Occtis: ...

Thimble: ... Not when we were kids.

Occtis: And now?

Thimble: I literally took you out to dinner!!

Occtis: You told me to climb an apple tree and then ate an apple twice your size in front of me
