GETTING SMALL
Due to me having a some fucking medical issues. I haven't been able to exercise as much as I'd fucking like.
Meaning I've put on weight.
(me to skinny me that decided to eat heaps)
Beforehand I was a lovely skinny
59kg
Now I am 84kg.
I am 172cm. And am Not keen on thigh touching!!!! Body fat in general or going up 3FULL CLOTHING SIZES!!!
So I designed a
Weight Goal Page.
And will be beginning it as soon as I'm out of hospital!
The days are colour coded in
"sat breakfast and dinner only"
"eat dinner only"
"don't eat anything"
"eat a small amount"
And "binge" to keep things relatively healthy.
I've also included different exercises including the
30 day ab challenge
And thinner legs (not really a challenge but it is to me)
I'll also be completing:
1hr uphill intense bike ride or 3hour leisurely
Skipping rope for 20mins increasing speed every 5
Weights for arms 30reps each
As these were the exercises I did before I decided
I'll also be on a strict budget to try and limit amount of food bought. Because I can only spend the coins in my purse for a week. ($50) and trust me when I say after groceries that does not go far. So hopefully I'll eat less.
I'll be drinking 1L of plain water and 750mL of cordial.
I've also been noticing what foods make:
Bloat
Feel nauseous
Put on weight
Feel full
Drowsy
And Alert
I am going to be safe about this. And i hope everyone reaching a weight goal remembers to be safe too!
Also Jelly is great for an extra kicker of sugar and doesn't really make you weigh more, as you more or less pee the sugar out.
Most importantly: Be happy in your body!
Wear clothes that make you feel good! Dont wear something if you think you look fat in it! Don't buy sizes down because you "know" you'll lose the weight. Leave it in the store.
