Here's some Mikiyo for the soul

I really like those two,they look pretty neat

this is how tokiyo looked pre movie, pretty energetic and (semi) full of life huh?yeah that didn't last long.

As I said before(I think;-;) tokiyo met the turtles when he was a kid, specifically Mikey who formed a great friendship with him.the turtles don't know much about toke's life at this point in the series other than the fact that he lives in the undercity.

He used to be pretty energetic and could easily match anyone's energy in the room.just a mischievous boi who didn't know what was coming for him.

Throughout season 1 and 2 tokiyo's often on Mikey's side against his brothers when they refuse to let Mikey go on solo missions(mainly raph) he lets Mikey breath yet would still immediately back him up if anything goes wrong.

Mikey was crushing on tokiyo for a while with the boy being oblivious or trying to be(he had a girlfriend at the time but didn't tell the turtles) so basically we got one crushing mf badly trying to hide his crush on his best friend x oblivious mf who's taken til later on

Tokiyo got his first glowup in Like 5 years(ngl he needed one)

Anyway he's a bit changed in terms of lore and some tiny tweaks in personality

Now onto a lil personality and barebones description):D

(btw you can send asks about this idiot if you're curious about some stuff, I'll either info dump or make some mini comic/doodle for it):3 tho heads up I'm REALLY slow because of school so expect me to take a while to answer some asks)

Personality: he's what I like to call a "silent overthinker", he'd look all calm and in control on the outside while he's panicking and getting through 200 thoughts a second;-;

Tho that has it's pluses because he's pretty analytic and observant especially with strangers and those he doesn't trust(he's pretty closed off towards people and takes much time to warm up to someone tho it depends on their personality.but know that if he gets attached to you you got a loyal guard dog for life-)

In the contrary,a sign that he's comfortable around someone is when he's suddenly really dense and silly, it's like he's taking a break from overthinking everything that's happening around him and when he's like that he usually talks about random hyperfixations of his(like firearms,baking and horror films effects)

Basically he's pretty quiet save for a few rare instances and often goes with the flow of the others even if he's getting sacrificed for free pizza-

Lil Description: tokiyo's a childhood friend of the turtles(specifically Mikey) but with time he didn't come over as much,they don't really know where tokiyo livedbefore moving in with them (after the events of the movie) neither what he did outside his interactions with them.they only get snippets during small talk and info dumps from hidden city locals about what he was and as far as they know he used to work for some famous gang boss before eventually betraying and killing him(which happened two days before he moved in with the turtles) tokiyo's not really talkative in the first place but he really doesn't like talking about it,but it's clear that whatever happened was definitely a source of many of his traumas.the turtles never really knew much about him until he moved in with them which made it way harder to hide behaviors,triggers and things about his life.(Also him and Mikey get together a while after he moves in, I'll touch on that in future posts)tho worry not cause my dear followers/moots cause my (almost) whole job here is to give you guys his lore):3

I was basically daydreaming and was like "hmmm what if jun but gang leader"

Aaaand suddenly I have a whole lore for this au-

Also the version with no shading because uuuuhhh(just realized I didn't color seraphim's claws-)

Anyway now onto the brainstorming I did:

First off how did jun get here?well I thought maybe one of the creator's assistants takes jun and escapes from the facility only to sell here to a known gang and use the money to run away and live a quiet life-

Soo then what did the gang do to her?they hired some scientists to mutate her further giving her a more lean build(they put ma baby on steroids nooooo)

Jun still retained her stealth abilities but now she can snap someone's neck with ease🧍

Not sure how she met seraphim but here they're basically her emotional support tiger(don't be fooled by the smirk June's still timid and here she's pretty antisocial)

Once Jun became 17 she basically offed the previous leader(stab in the back more like snap in the neck hehehe... okay I'll shut up now;v;) and therefore became the new leader breaking the record for youngest gang leader in the hidden city.

Though with that said she absolutely LAOTHES making deals with other gangs and attending meetings and just wants to collect seashells by the shore at midnight,but fortunately for her a few months after she became the leader an oni looking shapeshifter asked to be in her gang(we all know who that certain shapeshifter with horns is👁️👁️)

After the mysterious passing of his previous boss tokiyo's eyes landed on June's gang because ever since jun got in charge they operated more like vigilantes than an actual gang(they defeat rival gangs and take some of the money while using the rest for charity because jun doesn't care that much about fortune, and getting rid of rival gangs means more room for her hobbies-)

After awhile tokiyo was raised to basically be June's right hand,so now he's the one in charge of the things Jun doesn't want to bother doing and in short he's the wits she's the intellect.

Now onto some random facts(can you tell I was thinking about this more than I should):

1-jun often takes tokiyo with her on her random shinanigans and now he knows A LOT about astrology and seashells now,he doesn't really mind since he likes just listening without having to say much.

2-jun tries faking a sort of "undyne like persona" to keep a sort of fearsome image but ultimately fails miserably even with tokiyo's advices,so now she just stays quiet and "aloof" whenever they're in public and tokiyo just handles the talking.her poker face eventually got better but she still can't control her reflexes and impulsive reactions well;-;

3-jun apparently has something for toke in his femme form even if it's just him with more eyeliner(it's less of a crush and more like she finds it more appealing to just look at...bi Jun with a preference for women headcanon my beloved) so she sometimes just randomly asks him to turn into that whenever she's irritated only to go "hehe pretty-".

4-being two people that got their childhoods stolen from them those two are pretty unserious when they're alone and will do something like "tag you're it" on rooftops at the crack of dawn.they also trauma bonded alot over the fact they both were trained and experimented on to become "perfect weapons",they both just went "omg they're just like me fr:'0"

5-jun once threatened to have an employee for dinner because they didn't make a certain room's decor symmetrical enough(she wasn't serious but the only way to ensure those bozos do something is to scare them)

6-the tie jun wears was an April's fools gift from tokiyo,but girl just made it a comfort item so now she never forgets that ugly thing.

7-jun and her gang eventually clash with Donnie and Mikey who thought they're collecting debt from innocent people,yeah to say the least mike and don got slimed out by the wits and intellect duo and now Mikey's got a crush(Donnie refuses to admit he found jun kinda attractive he's taking it to his grave)

8-jun and toke once kidnapped valka from draxum thinking that he was experimenting on her(they only know that draxum's an alchemist warrior with a not so good reputation and once they knew of valka's existence it was only a matter of time before they "adopted her"

Also apparently tokiyo and jun function like a 50 year old married couple,they know eachother like the back of their hand and often get mistaken as a couple... atleast before they make one of the most disgusted faces in existence making the person who asked wish the ground can swallow them.

I kinda thought "wait what if tokiyo was a gargoyle and like he was valka's henchman like muninn and huginn-" and it got to this
