This is the current situation:
The house we live in (make payments) had a wall start to collapse. The city wants lots of repairs that we can't afford made immediately. therefore we are looking for a new place to live-looking at rentals. We will have to just have a roof over our heads in the next few days (by next Monday, 3/11). We would have time to remove stuff from the house to move it to another location. We looked at a few today and like a few, but need approval. Pet fees are also a bit of an issue. We will be taking our dog but as of now we have 3 adult cats and 3 very young kittens that need new homes. It's too soon to separate the kittens from their mother and we need to rehome them as a group. (pet fees tend to run $200 per animal) In-laws don't know yet because they're very very judgemental. As in because this happened they'd rather yell at us for our "crimes" than show compassion. And their will be plenty of people locally who will say nasty things about us because this happened. in comments, I'm asking for no judgements, no "what about this!" and only suggestions for places to live and whomever would like to take in some cats.
