Dean Winchester does not get frostbite. Dean Winchester bites frost. (more)
Santa did in fact, exist.
I keep starting to make ZoLaw Fics We Need (More Of) lists but every time I'll get started and then get too busy/sick/lazy to finish all the descriptions. Let's all just agree to let me post them as they pop into my head. And by let's all agree I mean that is what is going to happen now.
ZoLaw Fics We Need (To See More Of)
Can I get more of Law and Chopper teaming up to doctor Zoro?
Specifically if we could get Law holding down/restraining Zoro while Chopper does his doctoring, that would be great. And Zoro either struggling against it, silent badass glaring, or even just threatening to "cut up" the other captain "and his stupid hat". There's no need to be so cruel, Zoro-ya. Law only offered because he's trying to be helpful.
... And because he enjoys it. Like, maybe more than he should. Like definitely too much.
I guess you'd have Chopper just done with Zoro constantly taking off his bandages, not taking meds, getting out of bed less than a day after a serious injury. He goes into Heavy Point, determined to teach his nakama a lesson (would help more if Zoro wasn't so proud of his little brother whenever he gets all big and scary). And before Chopper can start getting really mad (Zoro and Robin agree: it's adorable) Law is like, "here, let me help you." And then gives Zoro this smile so that Zoro knows he's going to regret Chopper saying yes to that offer.
Extra points for Law being cocky and suggestive as hell about the whole thing while Zoro is somehow angry AND embarrassed (why embarrassed, you ask? Because his body isn't suppose to react like this, that's why! Why are his cheeks so warm? Why is his heart beating so fast? Maybe he actually IS sick. Or maybe Torao is the worst doctor ever).
Meanwhile, Chopper is in awe with how Law can get even his toughest patient to stay so still and is just loving spending this time with two of his favorite people!
Also, I'm going to need Older Law getting stuck with Post & Pre Time Skip Zoro, Zoro stuck with Post & Pre Time Skip Law
Not necessarily at the same time, just generally speaking. It's just something I enjoy, okay? Character A and Character B meet up with B's younger self, forcing A to deal with TWO VERSIONS OF B.*
Plus, think of how fun Sabaody Law was. Imagine that Smug Bastard with super hot post time skip Zoro. Just absolutely no shame when it comes to propositioning him. And Serious Shichibukai Law has to like pull Zoro to "safety" because, um, excuse me, me, but that is MY Zoro-ya (their not even in a relationship, but, you know, time line wise, damnit this one is his.) Like that would stop Smug Supernova Law from flirting with Zoro for even a second (if anything, ramps it up) while Serious Shichibukai Law is just fuming and Zoro has no fucking clue what these guys problems are/is.
On the other hand, if Law thought that dealing with Mihawk Approved Zoro was a headache, wait until he gets the version before he was house trained. It's like dealing with a child. A very destructive, very cocky, very attractive.... Nope, not going there. Although, seriously, Young Zoro is fucking adorable, and his smile is just....
[Congratulations, Trafalgar Law. This now belongs to you I guess?]
But he's annoying.
But he's also just stupidly loyal and confident and cute and keeps following Law around like a lost puppy which isn't even fair. And Law has to act all annoyed about it. Also, Mihawk Trained Zoro is no help. He couldn't at least take responsibility for himself? And Zoro just shrugs, but then shoos Puppy Zoro away whenever he gets to close to Law (just pick him up by the scruff of his neck, he's fine). Like he's worried that of Law keeps feeding him, Puppy Zoro is just going to end up staying.
Which is not something Zoro is going to let happen. So he just goes watch dog territorial but, you know, on an adorable version of him.
*These fics don't have to end in threesomes, but w honest. It's more fun when they do.
Every Fic Where, While On Their Way To Wano, Zoro Finds Himself Jumping Into The Sea To Save Trafalgar Law's Ass From Drowning
And it happens an unusual amount. Like... Zoro has questions about the loyalty of this crew and the center of balance of its captain. How many times can one man find himself slipping into the ocean - the one place he should know better than to be. How did they make it through the first half of the grand line because as far as Zoro can tell, near drowning are like a daily thing on this ship.
It didn't start off purposeful, okay? The first time, some Marines attacked and Law honestly thought he was going to die when he felt the water hit his skin because everyone else is busy fighting. Then, like magic, two strong arms and amazing sets of shoulders are there and we'll, thank you Zoro-ya, lets both just brush it off, act like it never happened.
Then that time in the baths was a misunderstanding. Law was actually perfectly alright. Strawhat-ya must be really bad with water because Law had barely slipped into his neck and Zoro is pulling him out on instinct.
Let's call the next three times experiments, then, to see if he got the same results.
After that? No, there's no excuse. You'd want to get picked up by a dripping wet Roronoa Zoro if you could. Don't judge.
Law Became A Shichibukai And Didn't Immediately Visit Most The Other Shichibukai To "Introduce Himself/Avoid Future Conflicts" (Size Them Up). This Is A Tragedy On Par With Marineford.
How are there not like twelve fics where Law goes to greet Mihawk after becoming a Shichibukai (part of a larger plan, to see which he can trust to back off and which might be dangerous, whatever) and comes across a shirtless Roronoa Zoro working out in front of the castle. It has so much potential! I mean, the jealousy/possessiveness/threesome potentials alone are like limitless. Plus Law just playing with Zoro or treating him as eye candy and getting Zoro all ruffled. Law getting attacked by one of those Humundrills and Zoro playing rescuer. Perona being a bit obsessed and flirty with Law and Zoro getting jealous for no reason he can explain.
All with Mihawk there for added drama! (Law getting too flirty with Zoro and having to deal with daddy Mihawk and Big Sis Perona. Mihawk, just to be a bastard, being like, oh good I ha e to go get supplies please watch these two while I'm gone and Zoro just being so utterly indignant. Countless possiblity!)
It should basically be it's own genre.
Ok but hear me out? Mino's and GD's collab where they both do that Mino's hand wings thing and dress in GD's rich bird style and like slick (is it the right word???) their hair back also earings and sick dance moves? That'd be so lit.
Something I want:
Male/Female friendships that never become romantic or sexual and where neither one is pressured to take things further and neither one feels “friend-zoned” by the other.
Seriously, fiction, let guys and girls be friends.
Sincerely, a girl who grew up with male friends and was constantly pressured by outside forces into liking them romantically or sexually (and made to feel wrong when I didn’t).
secret 8th day of the week that no one else knows about and it lasts as long as you want
I've been quietly saying this for years but we need to do the seemingly impossible and create a FANDOM SUPPORTED social platform that supports images, audio, and video plus text that is set up and financed sort of like AO3 (& OTW).
Basically, an AO3 funding and legal model but for a fandom-focused tumblr style site.
Unfortunately, this leaves all of the excellent non-fannish stuff in limbo but, idk, maybe we can be broad about what counts as a fandom, which lets various aesthetics and visual-oriented fandoms in the door.
