in my head all of the uchiha are HAPPY and ALIVE. including obito. he regularly visits mikoto and fugaku with shisui, mostly so that they can dote over mikoto and sasuke (they love mikoto), and sometimes annoying fugaku whenever they have the chance. shisui actually ends up annoying fugaku much more when he's at home because he has a knack for it, and obito usually just ends up getting distracted by how cute of a child sasuke is. or he ends up following mikoto around the house like a lost puppy talking to her about his day
