nGH cos i need to gather my thoughts and also possibly hear thoughts from anyone with an idea of the job market for someone with no qualifications in germany

want to live in germany for a semester

don't want to do formal study exchange

uni semester there runs too close to ours anyway so it'd be a pain

so i'm thinking i want to just move to say stuttgart for like six months in late 2016 and just. live.

pros

not compounding living abroad stress with study stress

will be more flexible

can maybe be back slightly earlier rather than having to see out a uni semester

will be exposed to less english (as the uni classes would be in english)

cons

would have to organise independently

i'm thinking of looking at spending six months working in a school there teaching english or something but i don't know if that's available on a six month basis or if you have to do a year. or who i'd do that by.

i'm going to try to gather my thoughts more and message my old german teacher on facebook - i think she au paired (ew no thanks) but we had german people come over to work with us so she might know something.

and i'd like to get on it asap so i can do it when i want to and where i want to (ie around stuttgart or maybe munich. or vienna or essen. i'm not actually hugely interested in berlin idk why.)
