I've lost 2.6kg in 10 days, I now weight 132.4kg. And today i have done my morning exercise and only eaten a total of 550 calories, not eating for the rest of the day because my limit is 600 calories a day. Time to drink plenty of water!

I over ate today, feels like I had about 3,000 calories. so I made myself sick and I am going to make myself sick again soon. I went for a 35min walk and before I go to bed tonight I am going to do squats, lunges and stuff like that. I will post again for what I do later on.
I want to be thin, I currently weigh 238 pound or 135kg. I want to get to 190 pound/ 86kg (or 90kg). I am starting to eat a lot less and being a lot more active, and now that i'm starting this journey I want to record my progress. So here's to being thinner.
skip a meal no big deal
