Do you know how it is similar and different when ones jupiter is in Sagittarius-aries decanate and the other persons jupiter is in aries-Sagittarius decanate?

I'm not a big fan of decans, I use them only for sun signs. Anyway, decans play a secondary role, I mean first it's sign, then house, aspects, sign dispositor and only then decans. So how you see they're deeply different just using the steps above. In the future I'll try to post something about decans. The most important thing in astrology is to not lose yourself in details and forget about understanding the big picture. Nuances are interesting, to discover and to learn, but never lose yourself in them.

What does it mean to have Pisces moon in the third decan, in the 4th house ?

 The moon is at home in the fourth house, especially in a Water sign like Pisces. This placement makes you an emotional and deeply caring person. You tend to wear your heart on your sleeve. You openly show and feel emotions for your family — or the ones you choose as family. Your third decan is ruled by Pluto, it further expands your intuition and spirituality. You may feel at home when you are able to connect to the emotions of others and to things otherworldly. Although you can be a bit cruel and jump to conclusions when you think others are insulting your home, where you come from, or the ones you are close to.

What are your opinions on a 3rd decan Aries moon?

A little more mature than the preceding décans and can be a tad bit easier to deal with. They remind me of 5-6 year olds who spend most of their time exploring and bugging their parents with questions etc. Can be very impatient and experience highs and lows of emotions very deeply. I think the influence of Jupiter also makes them generous and open minded.

Libra Decan 3 (Oct 14-22)

Ruled by Jupiter. The Sun permeates through the constellations of the Virgin, the Herdsman, the Flying Fish, the Great Ship, the Centaur, and the Watersnake. There’s a feeling of transition here as we sail into the unknown. At the same time, as we dip our feet into the occult, there’s great potential for illumination. Brilliant White Intellect & Shadow Workers. It seems like these people must go through a period of initiation, an endurance test that involves some suffering. Libra decan 3 may have to go through tough times where they have to prove themselves. They may be harshly judged because their ideas or behavior is controversial in one way or another. These people may be exiled and painted out to be the bad guys, even when they see themselves as whiter than white. Anti-heros, fallen souls, and the victims of society will fascinate them, they will want to team up with someone who understands losses. Libra decan 3 cannot help but pick up the collective mirror and reflect back to the world it’s shadow self, pointing out the darker side in order to get it noticed, and ultimately fixed.

Pisces Decan 3 (March 11-20)

Ruled by Mars, this is the zone of the impossible, for here we have the aeronautical fishes! This zone is dominated by the visionary, high-flying, mythical horse Pegasus, after that there’s a lizard, a swan, and a star measurer. One has the impression that this Pisces’ water is actually simmering and about to boil over as it makes its way to the new life born on the spring equinox at 0º Aries. This zone is bursting with anticipation for the future and it’s impatient because these subjects have been cocooned for so long. Pisces decan 3 can make calamitous mistakes due to impatience, self-induced drama, and by over-reaching themselves. They’re daring visionaries and dreamers but need to remember that half-baked ideas are just that - they must learn to hold back until their plans are fully developed and aim for some kind of logical approach. The latter end of the decan, especially those on the anaretic 29º, are natural daredevils and aim high in all things. They’re accident-prone due to their impulsive nature with their head in the clouds, but they’re also very “gung ho” so will be back in the saddle asap. They have the ability to put a positive spin on all things, which can come in handy working in glam industries such as fashion, film, and advertising. In Vedic astrology the 24th nakshatra where this star resides is called “The Former Beautiful”, so Pisces decan 3 is at least likely to preen themselves and keep up appearances if they aren’t making things beautiful in art or design. They have a great sense of the aesthetic and pride themselves as being intellectual, though others may not be able to see it. Logic and reason don’t come easy to them, but their busy minds might be the reason why they’re so accident-prone. Practical things, like simple walking in a straight line or thinking linear in any way, might actually be a problem…

Third Decan Pisces

Third decan Pisces born between March 11th and March 20th (20˚-30˚) are ruled by Neptune and Jupiter and are sub-ruled by Pluto.
