The Cosmic Symbolism of Neelkanth and Vasuki 🔱
Lord Shiva holding the lethal Halahala poison in his throat is the ultimate symbol of control. He didn't swallow it, nor did he spit it out. He contained it. The king of snakes, Vasuki, wrapped around his neck to provide cooling relief.
When the world throws venomous words or situations at you, do not swallow them to hurt your soul, and do not spit them out to hurt others. Hold them with awareness, cool them down with patience, and wear your scars like ornaments.
