It’s absolutely revolutionary on Tumblr to say, “I have the right to exist in public and put my thoughts where other people might find them, but to cut off any interaction where people are treating me like shit.”
Like, when someone says, “Don’t put your posts where I can see them and I won’t go off on you about how much I hate them,” that’s literally. That’s literally the opposite of how it works. It’s not my job to make myself a smaller person to prevent someone else treating me badly.

If i was the person that Tumblr ads thought i was, I'd apparently spend my days buying furniture online and reselling it in Fort Lauderdale. At the same time I'd be sinking HOURS into dating simulators, while also actually dating. I love that some algorithm thinks these are (a) equivalent activities, (b) of interest to people who blog about being happily married.
