Description of Incident:
Major Danvers became aware of a breach in the base at 1830. After alerting relevant officials and starting the evacuation process, Major Danvers went to find Doctor Walter Lawson, who hadn’t responded to her calls for evac. She found him in in the lab, trying to destroy evidence of [ ] an [ ]. There was a struggle and Major Danvers and Doctor Lawson triggered an explosion of the [ ] device.
The building collapsed around them. One fatality and Major Danvers remains in a coma.
