Favorite Things: Cutie Pie

This series starts with the pain and is an undercurrent through the entire story. Yes, they are in desperate need for some clear communication, but their insecurities and fears are what cause them to tragically misunderstanding each other. This lack of understanding causes them to unintentionally hurting each other, even as they get closer and become even more desperate for the other to return their love.

The pain makes the sweet even sweeter and we love it so much! This was a re-watch for both of us and it won't be the last time. The story was really well done and the acting was great. Both really know how to bring the pain.

We love how this entire show is built on the misunderstanding that neither believes the other loves them. It's easy to feel like some effective communication could have cleared this up and prevented a lot of pain, but their fear and insecurities would have stopped them from being able to accept the truth.
