Protective BF!Mike Wheeler HC's...
During crawls, Mike makes sure your role is the safest because he isn't there to protect you.
You will always find his eyes on you during crawl meetings in the WSQK basement.
It's very hard for him to not have you in his sight during dangerous moments.
Whenever anybody points out how protective he is, Mike will instantly deny it and claim that's how protective he is of all his friends.
Mike really enjoys having you within close proximity during any and all situations regarding upside down matters.
He will always make sure you aren't around when he's standing up to the jocks bullying Dustin.
Everyone is painfully aware of how protective Mike is, and it makes Steve feel like a proud mom whenever he sees Mike with you.
It 100% makes you smile when he's protective over you, but sometimes it can be slightly annoying.
Lucas definitely calls Mike a simp whenever he does something protective.
Sometimes Mike thinks he's too overprotective but then brushes those thoughts off and tells himself he's only protective because he loves you.
