i get so confused when people say unicron trilogy. like there’s only two installments lmao. that supposed “second installment” doesn’t exist.

it goes armada, and then galaxy force. and galaxy force retcons stuff, so it’s really its own separate thing; therefore, there is no unicron trilogy. it’s just those two. yep. nothing else. there is no fuckass show in the middle that has the potential to connect them (dub version).

there is no fuckass show that takes one of my favorite transformers EVER in the franchise and makes him a shell of himself. there’s no fuckass show that gives him absolutely no chance to be happy. there is no fuckass show where said character FOLLOWS MEGATRON INTO THE SUN.

honestly at this point i am starting to doubt the legitimacy of the key art and whether it could be a fake leak for sssseveral reasons.

most glaringly to me, the FX logo has been transform-tool'd on a misaligned slant. every other sunny logo has had it stylized and integrated significantly better. it's also Way bigger and more prominent than usual, and colour-wise doesn't match the logo on the official site. if you look closely, you can see that 16's has the same painterly highlights that the rest of the letters were given.

now the alleged s17 logo:

which looks to me like a standard typed script, seen in the double Ns of sunny, the lack of a unique tail on the y and p is also uncharacteristic of past seasons

compare to 16's which (even simplified) is clearly hand-lettered (and if you look at every other season's logo you'll see they tend to differ; variance is good) i would have expected the tails of the Ys (and in this case the Ps) to bring the logo together, as script looking logos often do, and as 16 did.
