Jaune’s sash is actually part of Ruby’s cape

He was injured one time and they had no bandages available... so Ruby had to tear nearly half of a cape of to save Jaune

Once his wounds were healed, Ruby suggested to Jaune that he should keep it. So he did, and made it his sash.
