Apostle Judeau's released form!

It was important to @vobomon and I that he maintain the sunray-like markings from his coat. It gives him a skink-like appearance, heh! He's something like an otter dragon. He maintains human features and the scars on his right arm. Though not shown here, his Brand of Sacrifice can still be found on his left paw.

He's still a young apostle and can get overwhelmed easily, and overusing his powers negatively affects him. To escape tricky situations and heal, he becomes rather small - about the size of an actual otter!
