11 Feb 2017. Day 11 #AmpersandFeb17: Glance. When your eyes are 100% open but you look like you’re drifting off for a nap mid-photo because you start laughing👌 I loved #ThisAdventureEnds. The characters were realistic and so similar to people I actually know. And I especially the references to Were School, which seems to be a fictionalised version of Teen Wolf. Speaking of which, I binge-watched the first 10 episodes of season 6 and holy crap. I feel like this is my favourite storyline so far. I was sobbing like a baby for some of Sheriff’s scenes towards the end. Who is your favorite contemporary YA author? . . I am in love. My first book by Emma Mills was First & Then a retelling of Pride & Prejudice (my fav), then Foolish Hearts was included in an owlcrate back in early 2018, I think? And I loved that one too. It’s a retelling of Midsummer’s Night Dream. And now I’m finally reading This Adventure Ends. . . It. Is. So. Good. I’m about 100 pages in and I’ve already laughed a ton. I have two quotes already in my favorite quotes section of my book journal. Slade is who I wish I was if I were better on my witty timing. I NEED her latest book which came out just a few weeks ago.
