Just left with my client touring a really cute home that we learned in a matter of the past few hours had multiple offers and the seller was choosing from what was already in hand. And then, she mentioned one we saw previously that went under contract and was now back on the market. I called the agent to verify it was still available (this market is no joke - I just beat out 7 offers for another client) and we both did a u-turn almost hitting squirrels and any other nature that chose to be in the street so she could come back and make sure she had the same feeling.
