This day has been very trying and had pushed me to rethink a lot of things. You have to kinda take a step back and reevaluate things when you wake up in tears and having an anxiety attack that you can't explain. From there it proceeded to roll downhill with my interactions with others. Even with me being in a crappy mood I still tried to have a positive outlook on my situation. But at some point it stops being a positive outlook and it starts becoming faking it until you make it. These night terrors are driving me crazy and all the other things going on with me mentally are not beneficial either. So while I lay here in the dark (after putting lil man to sleep) I fear what lies ahead for me throughout the night and I don't know what to do about the rest either.
