The surprise/geriatric baby turns 1.

We won't talk about Daniel's behavior for his birthday 🥴. Just know he enjoyed his party at home with his family, and he enjoyed his second party at Cel's World with all of his daycare friends and his current favorite person Les (Celeste) as he calls her.

New Year's Vacation

For their vacation, The Youngs were invited to Sulani by The Hatchs (David's sister & her husband) for their first trip together as a family.

Ariel's sweet self (she was so affectionate the entire trip) may have unknowingly given her mother and aunt a little bit of baby fever. 🥴

The Fyres decided to hit up Tartosa for a little bit of warmth. They hadn't expected Gibbi Point to be cold like Windenburg and Gabrielle was completely over the climate's bipolarness.

Daniel is happy to be anywhere he can make a mess.

There would be more pics for them, but they told me to take my few lil fonky pictures and go on about my business. That was all they felt like cooperating for.

So I took my four lil fonky pictures and went on about my business.

Last day of daycare before everybody goes on their vacation, and it's Costume Day @ Cel's World.

Batman (Daniel), Superman (Tate), Merida (Veda), Tiana (Yuri), Halle's version of Ariel (Ariel, lol), and Peter Pan (Luca).

which twin tried to jump (fly) out of their parent's arms after seeing the pet cockatiel fly across the room?

Big grin if you opened EVERYBODY'S presents, even though all of yours were wrapped in CARS wrapping paper.

and who gon' tell you something about it? neither parent, 'cause they're both softies.

Do your dancey dance if you gotta save the family image with your cuteness because your parents didn't want to get dressed.

An unstoppable duo, truly.

that is until Daniel forgets that Ariel does not like to share anything she's labeled as hers. that includes her dog, her daddy, the twins (but mainly Vada), and whatever else when it suits her mood.

Her running to tell her PopPop (Daniel's father) and him countering with running to tell his Sissy (Ariel's mother) is very much their toddler version of one-upping each other.

Just Some Random Gameplay Moments (while I was working on their new save file):

The Clemens are doing great! Lorenzo's one promotion away from being at the top of his career. Cel's daycare is doing exceptionally well. And Yuri is excelling in all areas of growth.

The Fyres are in their own little bubble. They've completed their move from Windenburg to Gibbi Point. Gabrielle has been at her absolute best; balancing work, motherhood, and marriage with so much ease. While not at all planning to go back into the music industry, Dominic has been itching to create again just for the fun of it.

The Youngs are at a bit of a crossroads. Morgan has been getting 'knocked down' at every turn it seems, when it comes to her restaurant and while she loves it, she knows there's more (and possibly better).

With his friends traded off to other teams, David feels everything closing in around him as his coach and the organization ignore or flame rumors regarding his career. Basketball has always been the only thing he's wanted to do, but maybe he needs to put his focus elsewhere as a backup.

And over on the ranch with the Abernathys, well... the twins are terrorizing but cute as a pair of buttons. Since it's Winter, Stephan hasn't offered any riding classes or opened his new equestrian center much. While Vonnie works to build back up inventory, and customers, he stays home with the kids and handles her online shipments.

Life's going good for everyone.

September came in with a bang.

Dominic ran to the store for about ten minutes and when he returned, Gabrielle was in labor.

One would have thought he'd be the calm one, since he's experienced this twice already.

And of course, updates were sent immediately to Morgan and Siobahn in the family's group chat that was all about Baby D and Baby D only.

*** Morgan's reply is "🫨🫨🫨", idk why it was removed when I saved it and I'm not going back into Canva.

TODDLERS (& one child) GALORE!

The evidence of that big baby boom across my saves are growing so fast. 😭

Because each individual family is going to be doing their own thing to celebrate bringing in Year 8, the Abernathys hosted everyone at the ranch for an early New Year's Eve celebration. Only the kiddos got dressed up, but a time was had by all.

A time for relaxation, reflection on the year they're leaving behind, and setting intentions for the year ahead.

Daniel turned 4 in September.

Ariel turned 3 in March.

Yuri turned 2 in November.

Vada and Tate turned 2 just a few weeks prior (December).

And Luca will be 6 in a few weeks (January).

Stephan whipped out his camera so that the kiddos could take some portraits.

And the toddlers took overenjoyed themselves in the family room while the adults hung out in the kitchen.

Hi from the 2nd Trimester. 🤰🏾

Gabe's camera roll is nothing more than photos of her bump (with guest appearances from her ring), the food cravings she makes Dominic buy or cook (he does so gleefully), and all the outfits she plans to buy after she gives birth since they still don't know what they're having.

Also, if she thought gaining weight was going to make Dominic stay off of her .... she was wrong. Let us pray there won't be Irish twins when this is all over.

Gabe's obsession with her bump has sold me on the geriatric pregnancy. I'm excited for Baby Fyres, and they are too. 🤗
