#thistle chaser

A full body adult Thistle-Chaser. She was interesting to design because while she’s described in heavy detail it’s also…somewhat hard to follow.

She’s regularly described as “orange and rusty black” what is rusty black? Shit if I know. I’m assuming it’s just some dark, sort of reddish shade of brown. They never say exactly what sort of orange she is meant to be either so I just made her multiple shades of brown with a sort of desaturated orange.

Wanted to have a go at designing Thistle-Chaser! Not really sure on the mottle markings, but I like the ginger

Mod:   Thistle Chaser now has a little puppy. Because hell yeah doggy companions are great. Especially when you live in a "wasteland".  His name is Chino. Like Chino Valley, Arizona. Thistle is trying to teach him to howl but she must not be very good at it, because Chino is just confused. www.youtube.com/watch?v=m6U-cF…  I was binging on YouTube puppy videos when the idea came to me.  And then Fallout 4 sealed the deal. 

Though I don't think Chino's breed will be husky.  I don't think that would be appropriate for the arid climate.  Chino looks really fluffy but that's puppy fat for now. As an adult he'll probably look more like a coyote. All things considered...don't ask how he got that bone... (Maybe its from a Deathclaw)
