Name You Beautiful - Stevo?
“A mean fiddle welcomes the listener and falsely sets up a country expectation before a bouncy pop production sends the catchy ditty soaring to glorious heights where the delightful Helena sprinkles her ethereal vocals over a catchy chorus that twirls around your head brimming full of joyful pop delights.”
The above can be written by none-other-than STEVO!!!!
I mean just, just look at the way he started his article. You can actually feel sunshine. Butterflies. A rainbow on the way. Whatever Stevo writes is a perfect representation of how a flower blossoms.
(What? Is only Stevo allowed over exaggeration?)
God, I missed this man! My morning started with 2 friends telling me, not about Per’s song for ping pong, but about Stevo writing an article on TDR. I mean, how-cool-is-that?
I checked TDR with such delight after... I think 2001. And most importantly, it shows that Stevo has not been eaten. Yes, Thomas and Paul are nice guys, they got Stevo to write about something which is purely related to the Swedish music scene.
But remember: If you don’t like something, or if you can’t seem to like something, make Stevo write about it. He will keep poking you with poetic examples and you will ultimately feel that carrot cake has been sent directly from heaven.
Stevo made sure that we like the song even before it’s released.
“now if only we can get about twelve more of these as part of a new album.”
Hope!!! This is how you put an extra dosage of hope. You tell that it’s so so so good, that you’d be wanting 12 more of such songs. Brilliant Stevo!!!
