well i just watched justice league vs fatal five

i liked it a bit. i feel like wonder woman, superman, and batman kind of dragged down the plot because they didn’t do anything other than fight or call people rookies (that last one was batman). you could have removed them and had almost exactly the same movie, and it felt like they were only there because that’s who you normally put in a justice league movie

i liked starboy and jessica cruz, though jessica cruz seemed a little different than in the comics. the movie kind of treated her anxiety as oh well now she feels brave and its done, when what’s relevant in the comics is that it’s not like she has to feel brave once, it’s a medical condition. she works against it everyday and is still a hero.

the bad guys felt really really generic

the fight scenes were fun.
