Lily Del Valle, my main OC, is praying for the health and life of her beloved goalkeeper, Genzo Wakabayashi. Recalling the context of the scene, in Chapter 88 of "Captain Tsubasa Rising Sun" manga Genzo Wakabayashi was severely injured (accidentally) by Karl Heinz Schneider during the course of a match between Japan and Germany; as a result of this, Genzo was sent to a hospital for save his life (this is just exaggeratedly stupid and impossible, Yoichi Takahashi doesn´t know a fuck about Medicine). I had an idea for make a special drawing for my Supreme OTP, based on one scene from that Chapter 88, in where, after having helped to medically stabilize Genzo, Lily Del Valle pray for the life of the man she loves.

Supreme OTP Time!! Genzo Wakabayashi, from Captain Tsubasa, and Lily Del Valle, my main OC. Genzo wants to play soccer again but Lily tries to stop him because he is injured. This is a traditional version of a digital drawing I made two years ago.

This scene is from Captain Tsubasa original series (the one that was premiered in the 80s) and belongs to episode 101. Honestly I don't like Lily's design but I wanted to make a fake screenshot of this serie too, so I had to put up with it and adapt her design to this anime.
