It was such a joy to be able to work on this show, I'm so excited for everyone to be able to watch it for the first time! It's such a sweet and heartfelt story, but also jam packed with action and amazingly detailed minis 👀

I really hope someone makes a video of Brennan and jasper’s joke about easing them into democracy because I fucking loved that joke. Also some may complain about the mood shifts but I love when a scene goes from heavy to lighearted at the drop of a hat

I think something absolutely amazing would be if when its time for wenabocka to enter the roleplay/fight if aabria just straight up calls out for Carlos and he swaggers in with a character sheet and a mini (which of course is huge in comparison to the stoats) joins the table and starts fighting them all. He is so talented and I think it would be a halarious twist to have them all face down with carlos.

I feel like @quiddie would for sure be creative and forward thinking enough to be the first to bring someone in to play the big bad and take the arms race with brennan to the next level again from the out of the world amazing job shes done with this season

Absolutely loved @carloscrits in coffin run and pirate's of leviathan and I think he would nail being an antagonist 100%

FANFIC: Maleficent/Diaval/Aurora - Beyond the Black Veil - for thornvale

SPOILERS for the fanfic:

Diaval and Maleficent get closer but when Diaval touches her wings in a thoughtless momnet, Maleficent snaps shut and chases him away as her trauma resurfaces. Diaval flies north and is captured by the Tundra Fey Wynne who makes him bound to her if he does not want to freeze in the cold.

After a long time in Wynne's icy clutches Diaval escapes and stumbles upon an inn in Wickpon, where he is nursed back to health by Mera, the Queen of Wickpon who is here in disguise to help her people after Wynne has taken over.

Diaval becomes the official ambassador of the Moors and Queen Aurora with frequent visits to Mera. When the ghost mists, the  Feth Fiadha reappear with the dead, Aurora and her family have to set aside their peaceful nature to defend their home.

Diaval is captured and meets Mera's son. They are reunited, only for Mera to be killed defending her kingdom, which sents Diaval in a draconic rage. Not even the Ravens can be trusted anymore, for they are used as spies.

Maleficent and Diaval reluctantly take up arms but still remember the peaceful past of their wedding, fighting for a brighter future.

Heyy guys, this is a small map I made to help me out while I’ve been writing the Beyond the Black Veil series. I thought it might help some of you out too when it comes to visualising the whereabouts of the various kingdoms.

The map does not accurately represent the scale of the kingdoms/forests etc, it's just for reference! Thought I'd share it in case it's helpful!

Emil Bailey is the eldest son of a fisherman from the Antines. He lives with his father and sister on a small plot of farmland, making a quaint but precarious living raising their own food and livestock. After the death of his mother, Bailey was forced to look for a better source of coin to keep his family out of hot water—So he took the four day carriage trip to the country of Corraine with promise of a job as a valet at the esteemed Thornvale Estate. The village was friendly, the pay was good, and Bailey could hardly turn down the free food and lodging. But the conceited, egotistical antics of his charge, Raith Lamores, are enough to make Bailey reconsider how much of his own dignity he is willing to sacrifice.

Everything Bailey does is for the benefit of his family—He will do whatever it takes to keep them safe and healthy, even if it means bending rules or breaking the law.

He is very proud of his heritage as an Antine elf, and does not let anyone, human or otherwise, erase, speak over, or disrespect his ancestry.

Bailey can be quick to speak, and his sharp tongue gets him in a fair amount of trouble.

Bailey adores animals, and spends almost all of his free time caring for the noble family’s horses and messenger owls. When he’s not with the animals, he’s at the lake, collecting unique stones and shells or resting in the sunlight.
