Today a high school friend of mine gave birth to a cute baby and I can’t help but remember all the late night conversations with her about her then crush and encouraging her to talk to him, to go on a date with him. And today she had his baby.
Dear God protect this little family and give the Mom and Dad strength and energy in the coming days for all the new firsts. Draw them near to you so that this child grows up knowing of Your splendor and love. Give them wisdom to raise the child with morals and integrity, doing what is right, not what is popular. Amen.
