When you are able to catch yourself mid-worry (which is a practice) take a moment to notice the energy within you igniting the worry, doubt, fear and breathe... Pausing the welling up of that energy and in the breathe, the moment of pause, envision the opposite...if you are worrying about your car needing repairs, envision the car being ok and functioning at 100%...then redirect that energy within towards that vision...fueling that image that possibility as a reality. Pay attention to your thoughts, your words, and what they are encouraging and ultimately manifesting.
