In a thousand years, Klaus had never heard such a line. He had been front row for some of history’s greatest lothorios and ‘ladies of ill repute’…but that was a new one even for him. “I am not quite so sure if that was flirtation or a declaration of your intent to attempt murdering me…”

An easy cackle followed Klaus’ words, Harley taking more than her fair share of liberties by draping an arm around his shoulders and pressing a smack of a kiss against his cheek.  “’Course it was a compliment -- even I wouldn’t be ridiculous enough to tell you if I was gonna murder you.”  A tilt of the head, a brief narrowing of her eyes.  “Well.  Probably,” she admitted with a cheeky smirk.

Her gaze flickers down to her hand, to the pale mark against her skin that the other woman is examining… and a soft laugh escapes the Delphonian’s lips.   “ I was attempting to slice up some meat while very tired… “   Mahia explained.   “ Certainly not my wisest decision, as it would seem. It took many days for that to heal. “

Harley’s pale fingertips worried over the thin white mark that marred the inside of one of the winged creatures fingers, hm-ing softly before she pulled her hand back -- personal space wasn’t something the Gotham freak was exactly accustomed to caring about -- to push a wayward strand of bright pink and bleach blonde hair back out of her face.  “So, haven’t you ever figured it’s weird, that you can do all this funky healing magic to everybody else ‘cept yourself?” A few almost quiet chomps of her jaw, a quick puff and pop of bubble gum as she leaned back.
