     Something was wrong.

     She first noticed it some distance away. Auras had a way of shining bright, and some shone brighter than others. They were like beacons, calling to soultakers. 

     This one caught her attention in a different way. There was the usual brightness, but there was something inside it, deep within, but it choked out the light. A possession? Well, none that she’d ever seen before.

     She had to know what it was. What it meant.

     Kat caught up within no time, trailing the woman, but kept her distance. After all, she had no desire to chase her away, not until she learned... something.

  Oh, he was sure someone would say something. Hm. He wonders----

  "Fuck.”

  “Listen, the most important thing I learned as a kid is that we all suck at something. Like--- I can’t whistle. At all!”

  It’s weird to think that he’s lived another year, but here he is, still in one piece. Ah, now if only Izuna were here.

  “I may have not been great at taking pictures of all of Naruto’s ‘special moments,’ but I’ll always hold on to this one of his first day in Academy.”
