【♛】THE HELPING HAND;
Never in his two years at Mugunghwa University had Junho been punished for his rowdy exterior. He was incurable from his ghastly personality, a lost cause in terms of the judgement of others, a natural disaster far too dangerous to deal with and soothe down. He was insufferable, far from tolerable, some had even hypothesized that he would test even Ghandi’s patience. Naturally, with someone as problematic as him, someone who could test and successfully past every and any social boundary, it was best to leave him alone until he self-destructed or sought out to mend his flaws.
MUGUNGHWA UNIVERSITY, NOVEMBER 16TH. It was about time until a teacher had the last straw with him. A student scared half-to-death when a switchblade suddenly was directed at her porcelain throat, a venomous threat snarled her way, and the leak of blood just a hairstrand away, it was the final instance before the Statistics professor decided to take matters in her own hands. It wasn’t the first time that Lee Junho had acted up in her class, nor was it the first instance in which he had physically hurt a student and sent them to a nurse’s office. A woman whom firmly believed in just, the Statistics professor was ready to tussle with the devil, no matter what the outcome would be. Taken in account of Junho’s mediocre grades, the professor had just the idea on how to punish her rebellious student.
That was how Junho found himself a day later, the evening sun placing its delicate kiss upon any surface that its glory had touched, sitting impatiently in front of a desk that appeared to be nearly drowning in textbooks. Across from him stood by the professor, fussing with her blouse before she directed her sharp gaze at Junho.
“If I see or even hear you abuse this poor student even once during your tutoring lessons, I will not hesitate to have you expelled.” The lady sneered before she fixed the bridge of her glasses, “Now, as I was saying....” She droned on about the rules and regulations that the sessions were to have, that Junho was supposed to be on his best behavior and, honestly, the young man found himself being reprimand like a tiny adolescence. Rolling his eyes, he hardly paid attention to the woman’s words before a knock thundered upon the door and the professor perked up.
“He’s arrived!” She chirped, her personality taking a full twist before she waddled over to the door and wrapped her hand around the knob. Then, she pushed it open to reveal the mystery guest.
With the identity revealed, Junho’s day had just then gotten a whole lot worse.
