PB smiled as she sat down beside Maia. "Okay, tell me more about this show we're going to be binging?"

nora sighs as she sits at the bar. she loved this bar in particular. she hadn't gotten to come in a while. she'd been too busy with her job and eloise. she looks up at the bartender. "hi maia! can i get my usual?"
@devilsmenu
Rachel waves as Maia walks into her shop. "Hey! I thought you were busy today! I didn't know you could come by. I'm almost done if you want to go to lunch or something?"
The Maia returns the next day. He checks the bandages and changes them if he deems it necessary. The elf looks slightly healthier now. "You are indeed quite beautiful," the Maia says, somewhat surprised. Sitting in front of Maedhros, he gently brushes the hair away from his face. "I brought you something to eat," he says, holding up a bowl of broth with a few vegetables swimming in it. "I am going to feed it to you. Do not make a fuss and open your mouth. It will be easier for both of us."
Maedhros sighs. The compliment makes him very uneasy but still, he opens his mouth. He is so cold and the broth looks warm. Besides, he has not eaten in so long.
It was an odd feeling, standing in a town he assumed heād been to before but couldnāt remember. Had he stood in this coffee shop before? Did he know the people around him? Had he ever actually been to Westport before? He assumed he had, given that his apparent wife had filed for divorce there, but he couldnāt recall it. Or most things. In Boston, although things had changed from what he remembered, he could still find his way around and he had acclimatised over the months since heād been released from the hospital. Westport was a whole new ball game, one that set the usually confident football player on edge.
Taking his coffee from the counter, he thanked the barista before making his way to the sugar counter, a brunette catching his eyes on his way past. He didnāt know what the protocol was for talking to women when he seemed to be married to someone he didnāt remember, but it couldnāt hurt to sayĀ āhelloā, right? Dumping a couple of sugars into his coffee, Alex sauntered up towards her. As he got closer, he could see she was pretty, stunning even. He had to at least talk to her.Ā āHi.ā He spoke softly as he stood next to her, a wide smile on his face.Ā āSorry, Iām new to town and the whole talking to strangers in coffee shops is pretty frowned upon in Boston but hi, Iām Alex.ā @themaiaprescott
