Hey all- so, fair warning, things are about to get heavy. After 5 years of partnership, 4 years of which was living together- my partner broke things off with me out of the blue. I don’t care to go deeply into reasons why necessarily- more or less, he made decisions not to act responsibly as my partner and communicate with me. He decided to lie to me, cheat on me, and not show trust or respect to our relationship by having difficult conversations with me to work together as partners and instead internalized feelings and expected me to somehow ‘know’. And what his decisions have left me is a loss of my primary support network, the apartment I had now spent 2 years of my life pouring myself into to make a home, and all sense of security in my life. I’m looking to get out of the situation ASAP and so I’m currently hunting for a studio apartment in my area that’s within my budget. I don’t want to bring toxicity into a roommate situation at this time- and with my full time work this should be doable. But moving is still very expensive, and I could use all the help I could get. I’ll be opening discounted commission over on my art blog , as well as marking down prices where I am able to set them on my Threadless , Society6, and Redbubble. Any bit would REALLY help me right now, my dudes. Peace.
