How did John get the title Three Continents Watson? Have you figured it out?
I think the title originates from the fact that he has visited three continents. After all, he has been in Europe, then Afghanistan (which is in Asia) and North America. Thus he has visited three continents, although nowadays in the modern era of advanced air-travel I wouldn't really call it an accomplishment. Even though I have visited more continents, I don't have a nickname like that.
