Ingredients: 12 fresh oysters, shucked. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons butter, melted. Salt and pepper to taste. Lemon wedges for serving.
Instructions: Set the oven to 425F 220C and heat it up. Put the oysters that have been shelled on a baking dish or tray. Add the Parmesan, mozzarella, feta, parsley, and garlic to a small bowl and mix them all together. Put a small amount of the cheese mixture on top of each oyster. Put melted butter on top of the oysters. Add pepper and salt to taste. Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts and bubbles. Take it out of the oven and serve it hot with lemon wedges.
