Yesterday, I made a #pastasalad using frozen vegetables. Had no idea if it would work, but found several recipes online, saw it was possible, so I did it! I used the #ThugKitchenPartyGrub recipe for their Italian-style pasta salad, pages 81 and 82. I used 8 ounces of #rotini pasta and about 8 ounces of frozen #broccoli, 4 ounces #peasandcarrots, and 2 ounces chopped #bellpeppers. About a half cup of canned #chickpeas, too. It turned out well! . . .
