Request: Hello ! I Hope you’re fine and you’re doing well :) I saw a headcanon on @ficsandgiggles page about Natasha and Clint and I was wondering if you would be ok to write that ? The fact that Natasha, after the red room, felt so touch starved and afraid of light touch and Clint comforting her with tickles seems so cute to me ! But if you don’t feel comfortable doing that it’s totally fine In understand ! Have a good day :)
Note: Hi! I am doing well and I appreciate you for asking! Thank you for this cute request! I enjoy Natasha and Clint's bond as best friends <3 I apologize for the delay, but I hope you like it!!
The Red Room was nothing but trauma for Natasha. All the years she was controlled and forced to do horrible things against her will. One of the major results from the Red Room was that Natasha no longer felt safe or comfortable with touch. It was very rare that she would allow someone to touch or even hug her. The only people she allowed to do that were Yelena, Wanda, and Clint at times.
Some days were more difficult than others. Sometimes she wouldn’t even think about her past trauma. Other days she couldn’t stop being reminded. Today was unfortunately one of those days. She was huddled in her room, tears slowly running down her face. She couldn’t help but think about all the time that was stolen from her childhood. Time that she couldn’t get back.
Just then there was a soft knock at her door.
“Natasha? Can I come in?”
Natasha got up slowly and opened the door for the unexpected visitor.
Clint was revealed at the door as he slowly stepped inside. The two of them sat on the bed, keeping quiet for a moment.
“Rough day on the mind?” Clint asked, encouraging her to speak about how she was feeling.
“I just got triggered. It usually doesn’t overwhelm me to this point, but there’s always those days,” Natasha sighed.
“I know you’ve been through a rough childhood. It’s okay to mourn it and even feel jealous of those who were able to have a normal childhood,” Clint said.
Natasha nodded to show she was listening.
“And I know it’s hard because you can’t change the past. However, you’re free now and you can change your future. You’ve already helped so many young girls not have to go through what you did. That alone is an accomplishment in life not many other people have,” Clint said, softly patting her back.
“Thank you, Clint. That was very sweet of you,” Natasha responded, wiping away her remaining tears.
“Hey, that’s what friends are for. I know Yelena is usually where you go for comfort, but I’m always gonna be here for you, I promise,” Clint said sincerely, opening his arms for a hug.
Natasha embraced him warmly, squeezing him tight.
“You know, for someone so old you sure can put words together well,” Natasha said cheekily.
Clint rolled his eyes, as he was used to Natasha making fun of his age. However, this sparked an idea in his mind.
“You know what you need? Cheer up tickles,” Clint said, now asking for permission since he knew how traumatized she was from most touch.
Natasha nodded, telling him to be gentle. Clint promised he would stop whenever she said so.
He began to softly tickle her sides, making her giggle adorably.
“Wow, so that hasn’t changed,” Clint remarked, tickling her stomach and ribs now as her laughter went up an octave.
Clint then moved to tickle her feet, making her squeal with laughter.
“CLIHIHINT,” Natasha laughed hysterically.
“Hmm? What’s wrong? Does that tickle?” Clint said, loving the fact that he was able to make her laugh and smile.
“YEHEHES,” Natasha giggled out, as Clint flipped her over and began gently tickling her back, making her giggle and squirm softly. He knew this wouldn’t overwhelm her, but was just enough to keep her giggling.
When Natasha had enough, he let her up and got her some water which she much appreciated.
The two of them chatted a bit more, talking about different topics to keep her mind off of her past. After a while, Natasha was starting to feel mischievous and reached out to pinch his side. Clint yelped in surprise and jumped away from her.
“Natasha! Don’t get any ideas,” he warned her.
“You know what would really cheer me up? If I got to wreck you with tickles,” Natasha said, now pinning Clint to the bed and tickling his armpits, sending the archer into a flurry of laughter. Natasha giggled along with him at his extreme reactions. Clint was willing to take a wrecking, as long as it made Natasha happy and smile.
summary: you find out clint is ticklish, so you decide to mess with him a bit
The first time it happened, it was an accident. You had been standing next to Clint in the training room while the two of you watched the jaw-dropping sparring match between Bucky and Wanda. You found that you couldn’t take your eyes away because you knew the second that you did, something amazing would happen.
So, when Wanda had swept Bucky’s feet from under him, you poked Clint’s side to get his attention. What you weren’t prepared for was the yelp that shot from his lips and the incredulous look he gave you while his hand covered the place you had just touched.
You didn’t expect Clint’s cheeks to turn fire-engine red, either. You couldn’t stop yourself from smiling. It was a kneejerk reaction because, oh my God… Clint Barton was ticklish.
“Something you wanna tell me, Barton?” You chuckled, winking at him before turning your focus back to the sparring match. You heard him scoff from beside you.
“Yeah. Don’t do that again,” Clint ordered in a tone so serious you almost obeyed him. You nodded in response, but clearly did not heed his advice because the second time it happened, it was most definitely on purpose.
You waited approximately 2 days before trying it again. Clint was in the kitchen—alone, thankfully—making himself breakfast when you walked past. Smirking to yourself, you redirected yourself to swerve into the room as quietly as possible to sneak up behind him. You waited until he put the utensils down before reaching out and squeezing at his ribs rapidly.
Clint screamed. He screamed so loud that you flinched and wondered why none of your teammates came looking for him. A cackle broke through your lips at his surprised reaction, having to bend over and support yourself on the counter just so you didn’t fall to the floor.
“You’re lucky Natasha was the one to train you. Otherwise, I’d kick your ass,” He grumbled before turning back to his eggs to season them. You laughed louder at his response, wiping a stray tear off your cheek.
“That made my entire week,” You said through your laughter, standing up and shaking your head. “Hawkeye—ticklish. Who would have thought?”
“You should leave now before I decide to kick your ass anyway,” He spoke firmly. You took the hint, still giggling as you evacuated the kitchen and started heading back to your original destination.
The third time it happened was on purpose, too, but what came to fruition afterwards was not.
A few days after the kitchen incident, you came upon Clint in the common room. He was reading a book, which was surprising in and of itself, so you plopped down on the couch next to him since he obviously wasn’t doing anything important.
“Hey, arrow-man,” You greeted him with your own nickname for him, grinning as he glared at you from his side of the sofa.
“Were you born for the sole purpose of getting on my last nerve?” He asked sarcastically. You snickered and shrugged, turning your body more towards him.
“Oh, yeah, didn’t you hear? My parents could see the future and knew you’d need someone to help you have fun. So, they had me.” You gave him a toothy grin along with a wink. “Anyways, Whatcha doing?”
Clint turned his attention back to his book after rolling his eyes at you. “What does it look like I’m doing?”
“Being an old grump. Come on, don’t you do anything fun anymore?” You pushed on his shoulder, sending him into the arm of the couch. You heard him huff as he sat back upright, scooting over to put more distance between you.
“I had fun before you joined the team.”
“Don’t be like that…” You drawled out, punctuating the last word with a harsh squeeze to the archer’s knee. Clint’s leg involuntarily kicked out as he let out one single laugh, his hands dropping the book to grab tight onto yours. “Ooh, that’s the first time I got you to laugh. Is that your tickle spot?”
Clint suddenly turned the tables, wrenching your hands off of him and wrestling you down so that your back was flat on the couch. With gritted teeth, he seethed, “I’ll show you a tickle spot.”
He wasted absolutely no time in getting revenge, his hands searching for each and every spot that turned you into a pile of giggles. He dug his fingers into your sides as his thumbs wiggled into your belly, smirking down as you fell limp against his touch.
“CLIHIHINT!”
Oh, don’t act all surprised as if you didn’t know this would happen someday!” He taunted, shifting his hands higher to scratch at your ribcage. “Plus, you asked if I did anything fun. This is fun.”
“NOHOT FOR MEHEHEE!” You squealed, your eyes shut tight by the force of how wide your ticklish smile was. “COHOME ON! Thihis was wahahay worse than I-hi got yohou!”
“Are you gonna stop tickling me?” Clint questioned you, lightening up his attack to let you speak properly. “Because if you don’t stop, I won’t stop and we’ll just go around in circles and trust me, I’ll win whatever this is.”
“That’s nohot fair! I’m wahay more ticklish than yohohou!”
“Then, I suggest you stop trying to tickle me.”
Clint redoubled his efforts back at your sides, pinching quickly to pitch your laughter back up to prove his point.
OKAY, YEHEHES! I-HI’LL STOHOP!” You batted at his hands as you squirmed under him. Clint chuckled, obviously boasting about his win, and moved off of you. You groaned before sitting up, this time sliding to the opposite side of the couch away from him. “You’re evil.”
“Hey! You only got the payback you deserved. Think about that next time you decide to be a little shit,” He reached forward to grab his book, reopening it back up to the page he was on before the scuffle. You scoffed, crossing your arms over your chest.
“I am not a little shit.”
“Yes, you are…” Clint grumbled, side-eyeing you. You glanced at him momentarily and you could have sworn you saw the beginnings of a smile start to form on his lips. “You’re my favorite little shit, though.”
A/N: Natasha realizes that Clint’s motivation is at a new low and tries to shift his mind away from the present. When he accidentally offers her the perfect method for doing so, she does not hesitate. Set in the What if… episode 1x08 with post-apocalyptic Clintasha vibes. I missed them.

„Ughhhh.“
„…“
„Hngggh.“
„…“
„Aw man aw man aw man.“
Natasha looked up from the sheets in her hands with a reprimanding look in her eyes. „Clint!“
„What?“ With a sour expression he sent her a glare over his metal shoulder from where he stood in front of a gigantic shelf, stacked with boxes full of documents. „If I don’t get to bitch about this, I doubt I’ll live through it.“
Natasha’s annoyed countenance made room for worry when she saw how large the shadows under Clint’s eyes were. How dark and hopeless they looked over the left-over shelves of the Archive. Hundreds of them, holding God knew how many files they had to look through to find answers.
It wasn’t like Clint was being dramatic. He was at the limit of his strength, at the far corner of his already fragile mental stability after years of running, hiding, bleeding and grieving. After years of trying to endure the fact that him and Natasha were, as far as they were informed, the last two living beings not only of their planet, but of the entire universe. After Ultron had destroyed everything and everyone else.
Natasha knew what he felt like, knew how hard it could get to keep it together, to not succumb to madness. Especially when faced with an enormous Russian Archive stacked with billion sheets of paper that may or may not offer them a solution in a single printed line or a minimal percentage of about 0,0001 percent of the files at hand.
She could see the horror Clint was experiencing in connection to the possibly hopeless workload that lay ahead of them and she was scared of the thoughts that were currently running through his mind, unseen, pondering dark questions and possibilities she did not dare to even consider.
She had to do something.
Slowly she lowered the files she held in her hands and stared at Clint’s back while he was already busy flipping through boxes again, his head hanging almost as low as his shoulders.
„Hey,“ she gently addressed him, making him stop and look over his shoulder again. Such tired blue eyes. She’d never seen them look this tired before. „Clint, I promise, this will be worth the effort. We will find something that will make all this go away again. Something that will defeat Ultron. I know it.“
His eyes lingered on her for a few moments longer, sadness reflected inside them. Then he turned around again, his shoulders as heavy as before. „Yeah. Sure.“
Now Natasha’s shoulders slumped down as well.
No, no, no, she could not leave him be this way, she could not let this slip and act as if everything was a-okay. She was acting cheerful for the sake of the both of them. But she knew it wouldn’t be good for anything if Clint continued faking smiles and showcasing his I-have-no-hope-left-but-I’ll-do-this-for-you expression.
He didn’t want to worry her. Which was the exact reason why she was so worried.
„Clint?“ She tried again, smiling, despite his loud sigh as he put his box away and turned around another time to face her. With one hand resting on the shelf to support himself he looked at her, softly, despite his obvious frustration. „Yes?“
„Can you imagine that we once thought being caught in an airvent for two days was basically the worst?“
Something in Clint’s posture changed at that. He opened his eyes a bit more and suddenly huffed a short laugh, nodding at her words. „Yeah. Two days. How laughable that seems now.“
„It sure does. But we made the most of it, didn’t we? How did we keep ourselves distracted back then?“ Clint pushed himself away from the shelf with a smile, his thoughts obviously shifting from the dark corner of his mind to a brighter one. Natasha’s smile widened.
„Well, you took an awful load of time to find out that I repeatedly wrote the same word during our Hangman matches.“
Natasha had to laugh out loud at that. „Okay, to my own defense: I did not yet know how stupid you actually were back then!“
„Touché,“ Clint grinned, the shadows under his eyes vanishing slightly. „You did find out about quite a few things while we were hiding out up there. The worst part being that you discovered how ticklish I was. Not exactly fun times for me.“
Natasha smirked at the memory. „Oh no, those were actually reeeeally fun times for you. I remember you laughing incessantly in fact.“
„Do you now?“ Clint squinted his eyes at her in mock anger, a warning spark shooting through them.
„Especially when I tickled you in that one particular spot… where was that again? I think you actually begged for me to stop when I got you th-“
„Tz, shut up!“
Natasha gasped in fake indignation as Clint suddenly turned his back to her, his voice altering to a slightly more embarrassed tone and his hand waving her off, as if to tell her not to dwell on it too much. Of course, that was, in her opinion, the most adorable reaction he could have possibly chosen and she would now dwell on it even more than before. Slowly she moved out of her cross-legged position on the floor, threateningly wiggling her fingertips around. Wasn’t this actually the perfect way to cheer up her favorite person in the world? Why hadn’t she thought of this before?
„Wait, I think I actually do remember. Would you mind if we test this memory, just to make sure-“
„Now is not the time, Natasha.“ He gently tried to reason with her, a meaningful look in his blue eyes when he shortly turned his head around to glance at her.
Natasha lowered her hands. But a teasing smirk remained on her face. „The time for what?“ Clint tried to appear unimpressed by her attempt to make him say it. He seemed determined not to step into her trap this time. Not after all those times he’d already made that mistake.
„You’re not gonna make me say it.“
„Say what, Clint?“
Natasha noticed that he kept looking over his shoulder ever so slightly, as she started approaching him, taking note of her sneakily coming closer. The smallest smile played around the corners of his lips.
„I said you’re not gonna make me say it.“
Natasha felt a wave of happiness course through her stomach at the way Clint’s voice altered ever so slightly. He was smiling, she could tell. Now she was going to make him laugh.
Clint sighed as Natasha came to a halt right behind him. By now he had to be able to feel her breath on the back of his neck.
Natasha’s fingertips were itching to search for some ticklish spots.
„Don’t!“ He said gently, without any conviction whatsoever, the small smile still audible in his words.
„Don’t what, Clint?“ Natasha asked again, her hands slowly nearing his sides from behind.
Clint sighed, his shoulders moving up and down. It was a sigh of defeat. The sigh of someone who had accepted his own fate. Probably already had on the day he’d met her. A fate filled with being Natasha’s favorite victim. She could feel anticipation surge within her as Clint tried to mentally prepare himself for the consequences of his actions. Or rather of her actions.
„Tickle me!“ He submitted with a slightly panicked ring to his voice.
And Natasha didn’t allow him a moment to second guess. „My pleasure.“
Clint was on his knees in no time, dropping the files he’d held in his hands and throwing his head back against the awful feeling spreading on his sides. He instinctively tried to press his elbows to his sides to limit the access for Natasha’s ticklish scratches but she easily wormed her way past his defenses, making his suppressed groans turn into giggles effortlessly.
„NO!“ He huffed, trying to bend over more, further away from her, giggling madly as Natasha’s fingers managed to weasle their way under his arms to scratch at his ribs. „Noho plehease!! Tasha!!“
Natasha chuckled triumphantly and tried to climb her fingertips up higher, tried to get them past his ribcage to wiggle them right into his most ticklish spots, right under his arms. But Clint was trying his utmost to keep her from reaching that spot.
„You are saying no, but you asked me to do this, remember?“ Natasha teased, chuckling when Clint tried to snarl at her, with the emphasis on „tried to“ since any possible effect fell flat due to his laughter mixing in loudly.
„Stahahhaap I mean it!!!“ Clint barked when she suddenly pulled her hands away from his ribs to sling her arms around his chest and pull him down on his back, trying to climb on top of him to pin him down properly. He had to laugh at her antics as he in return tried to grab a hold of her arms or legs or basically any part of her body to have a minimal chance of coming out of this without ridiculing himself senseless.
He didn’t stand a chance though, for his bones and muscles already had to start feeling like useless goo, his laughter wouldn’t seize and he couldn’t see properly through his closed eyes. Natasha couldn’t stop smiling either as she could witness all the beauty of Clint melting underneath her touch - into a tiny puddle of giggles and shrieks.
„No no NOO!! AHahaha GET OHOHFF MEE!!!“ Clint yelled when she accidentally pushed a knee in his stomach in their grappling for the upperhand, resulting in her managing to sit on his hips properly, keeping him down where she wanted to keep him.
„Youhohu fohohoul cheheeater!!“ He laughed when her fingertips started crawling up his sides again and he only had limited space for flailing and turning anymore, his laughetr sounding deeper and more breathless already.
„Cheater? Really? What, just because I hit you here?“ She questioned, making him choke on his laughter when she scribbled her fingers on his stomach.
„Dohohon’t!“ He shrieked, hitting his head against the floor by accident and laughing even more in the aftermath. „IT TICKLES!!“
„I know, honey, it’s why you’re laughing!“ Natasha explained in a playful voice, before she had to free her wrists from one of his iron defensive grips in protection of his upper body, which didn’t stop her for long as she merely had to lean down to blow a raspberry on his unprotected neck, making Clint who had not expected this at all squeal with laughter.
„TH-THAHAT’S NOT ALLOWED!!“ He argued, letting go of her hands and trying to push her away from himself again, laughing helplessly when her fingers were back on their way up his ribs in no time. „Stahahap it already!!!“
„No! We haven’t yet tested my memory!“
„It’s my armpits!! I prhohohomise!! No need for tests, rehehheally!! rEHEHEALLY!!“
Clint kicked out as hard as he could behind Natasha’s back as she managed to wiggle her fingertips the slightest bit underneath his biceps and metal arm to get at the sensitive spots. She smirked and tried to distract Clint by blowing air into his face, chuckling when she saw him squeeze his eyes shut even more. „StAHHAP THAT!!“
„Come on, lemme! Just for a second!“
„Nohoho wahahay!!“
Clint’s laughter was flowing completely freely by then. He had seemingly let go of all things depressing for just this small amount of time, giving in to the unrelenting ticklish feeling and not trying to fight his own laughter anymore. Natasha hadn’t seen him this carefree in years.
She could not stop now, where she was seconds away from making him lose all track of thought. Just for a little while. Determined she moved up a little further on his body, sitting down on his upper stomach and almost making his eyes pop out by the sudden shifts of weight. He couldn’t form a coherent complaint though, since Natasha quickly moved her hands behind her back to dance her fingers down his sides, that were now completely at her mercy due to their new position.
„NHOHOO!! Nohoohoho!! stAHHAHP!! I can’t bREHEHEATHE!!!“ Clint’s eyes were shining from his laughter by now, the bright blue of his iris taking Natasha’s breath away. She grinned at his futile attempts to get a grip of her hands and took this opportunity to push her knees up further, blocking Clint’s ability to defend his armpits any further. He realized this immediately and barked out a single „SHIT!“ before her fingers attacked, making him arch his back and give in to a defeated laughter that came straight from his belly and sounded deeper and richer than all the sounds he’d already made. He couldn’t get another word in, as his laughter kept pouring out of him, merely started shaking his head around and kicking out less than before.
Natasha smiled fondly as she listened to his hearty laughter, the one she hadn’t heard in so long and saw how it brightened up his features.
„I think this proves it alright.“ She chuckled, removing her fingers from his armpit to allow him a breather before she evilly snuck them in again.
„NO NO NO PLEHEHEASE!! STAHAHP!!“ Clint barked out, his laughter sounding a tad bit hysterical as he tried to move out of his fatal position now. But Natasha immediately stopped at his request and gently shifted back to sitting on his hips, allowing his arms to cover his ampits again.
She chuckled softly as he gasped for air, noisily, sounding as if he’d just ran a marathon, his head falling back to the ground. She put her hands on his stomach and grinned when he flinched underneath her touch, gently patting the spot in an offer of peace.
„No more tickling, I promise.“
Clint sighed in relief and moved his head up to look at her again. They glared at each other for a little while, before they both had to laugh - about each other, about themselves, about the fact that they had just done this in the midst of an apocalypse.
Clint groaned and tried to stop chuckling with a pained expression. „Ah, I can’t laugh no more. My stomach will explode!“
„What can I say, Clint, you asked for this!“ Natasha smirked, chuckling when Clint squinted his eyes at her dangerously.
„Oh, you better watch it! I know that you’re not immune to this either!“ Clint tried to poke her in the side, but Natasha snatched his wrist and held on tightly.
„You wouldn’t stand a chance!“
Clint grinned at her, a grin she hadn’t seen in quite a while.
„I’ll attack when you least expect it!“ He purred in a voice that sent a goosebump down Natasha’s arm. Damn, she’d missed this Clint.
„I’ll always expect it then,“ she retorted and stuck her tongue out at him, getting back to her feet and offering him a hand but dropping it again before he could reach for it. Clint chuckled at that. Slowly he pushed himself off the ground as well to get back to where he’d been so rudely interrupted previously.
With his hands on his hips he looked over the shelves of the Archive and sighed. „If you keep doing things like that, we’ll never be done here.“ Clint remarked, bending over to pick up the files he’d dropped earlier.
Natasha waited until he was standing upright again, before she took a step closer to him and threw her arms around him. Clint gasped in surprise, the files flying from his hand to the floor. With a tired huff, he ignored the mess and gently wrapped his arms around Natasha as well. She could feel his warm breath on her head and snuggled closer to his chest.
„It’ll be okay,“ Clint suddenly whispered, stealing her line. She moved her head away from his chest in surprise to look at him. He was smiling, nodding - and she realized that it was all she’d needed from him: reassurance.
She turned her lips into a thin line and nodded as well, a weak smile on her face.
„It will be,“ she agreed, meaning to move away from him and get back to work. But his grip tightened around her. She looked up in horror.
„You didn’t expect that.“ He smirked and Natasha could not believe that he had turned the tables this sneakily until he lifted her into the air, threw her over his shoulder and tickled her sides until her laughter and her fists to his back grew weaker.
He looked at the feather in her hand, wondering why she had that mischievous look in her eye. (For the sentence starter meme!)
Send me an ask with the first sentence of a fanfic and I’ll write the next five...
(you will see that I am handling the "next five" part very loosely lol)
He looked at the feather in her hand, wondering why she had that mischievous look in her eye.
"Y/N... what's that for?"
You tried not to smile, you really did. But him agreeing to do this in the first place with you was already a dream come true. You crawled into the bed where Clint lay, bound by his wrists to the bedpost. He was in his boxer briefs and that's all.
"Mmm... guess," you goaded him, still twirling the big white feather between your fingers.
"Hm," Clint had to smile at you, gravel sounds coating his hum, "Well, I would say you're about to interrogate a cartoon character from the 60s."
The comment did make you laugh and you curled yourself forward, chin now resting on Clint's stomach, "Reaheally close, Barton."
"Oh, so now I'm the cartoon character, I suppose. Won't be as fun as the shows, though, I promise. Hate to disappoint on the ticklish front."
"It's okay," you shrugged, lowering the feather by Clint's upper protruding ribs, "We'll have a good time."
AN: A little late, but here’s Clint’s fic for Avengers week!
The Avengers were spread around the living room for one of their regular movie nights. Everyone was tired after a long week and the leisurely bonding time was exactly what they needed. The holidays were fast approaching, and they were all eager to get in the festive mood. So they all settled into their unspoken designated spots, snuggling underneath warm fuzzy blankets and cradling steaming cups of hot chocolate in their hands. Large bowls of popcorn sat among the separate groups so that no one would have to move in order to get their snack.
Tony was leaning up against Steve's side, using his pecs as a pillow. Natasha, Thor and Bruce shared the other couch, all looking fairly toasty. Nat's head was laying in Thor's lap and his arm was wrapped securely around the scientist. Bruce brought his mug up for another sip of his cocoa only to fog up his glasses. Thor giggles and used his thumb as windshield wipers so the other man could see. Clint was currently in the middle of forming his nest. He would start out with a reasonable number of pillows and blankets, but as whatever movie they were watching progressed, he always found a way to snatch their own blankets and pillows away from them. This time was no different, only he hadn't shut up through the whole movie.
"They should've just called this Tom Hanks CGI Christmas, 'cause that's what it is," he quipped. Natasha immediately shushed him.
"What it's the truth! I'm not saying it's bad, it's just funny that he plays everyone," he justified himself. It was Tony's turn to tell him to be quiet. He let out a small harrumph and crossed his arms, wrapping himself in the soft comforters. He had a blanket tied around his neck like a cape and pulled it tighter around his body as he began to quietly watch the movie.
The silent didn't last long however as he saw what scene was coming up.
"OH SHIT IT'S TIME! IT'S FUCKING TIME ARE YOU GUYS READY?!" He leapt up with a scream, and everyone else instantly yelled back at him to shut up. Alas, they were too late. The waiters on screen were already wheeling out the refreshment carts and the tempo of the music was picking up. Clint had seen this movie more times than he could count, so of course he memorized the song. Not only did he know the song by heart, he also knew the fast paced choreography that matched. Okay, there was a lot more acrobatics in the routine than he remembered, so he mostly flailed his limbs in front of the screen.
"I can't see! Steve do something," Tony whined. He craned his neck to try and see the screen.
"Clint knock it off, we're trying to enjoy the movie," Steve said, adding an authoritative note in his voice to try and get the point across. Clint still wasn't deterred.
"So am I!" He paused, gasping in breaths before he spoke again, "And it looks like I'm enjoying it more," he panted once more. Man, who knew singing and dancing could be so much work? Natasha cupped her hands around her mouth and booed. The others quickly joined in, and a few pillows were tossed his way. He simply laughed and planted himself directly in front of the tv, spreading out his arms to obstruct as much of their view as possible. Steve was finally done with his shit and tackled him to the floor.
The rest of the team cheered now that they could watch the movie. But Steve wasn't as easily satisfied.
"You've been acting like a childish little brat all night," Steve started, and Clint was already beginning to giggle. After all, it wouldn't be the first time that a situation like this arose. Tony, knowing exactly where this was going and what was to come, threw his head back with a groan and paused the movie, knowing they wouldn't be able to hear it over Clint's wild laughter.
"Why'd you do it, huh? I mean, you know what's gonna happen now, don't you?" he asked and placed his hands on his hips. Clint began to squirm, bubbly giggles already pouring from his mouth. "Do you like being this annoying?" He started walking his fingers up his sides and Clint bit his tongue to conceal his mirth. Still, he nodded at the question. It really was fun being a little shit. Steve's fingers climbed higher up his ribs as he leant in closer. "Did you do it for attention?" His voice had an airiness to it, making the teasing so much worse.
Clint couldn't hold back his anticipatory titters anymore, and his chest bounced up and down as he released the laughter that was trapped inside. He thumped his hand on the carpet as Steve's fingers journeyed higher up his ribs. He shook his head back and forth, squeezing his eyes shut.
"Or did you do it 'cause you knew this would happen?" Clint's cheeks blushed and he was about to deny it, but Steve dug his hands underneath his arms. Clint tossed his head back against the carpet, unable to stop his hysterics.
"Nohohoho wait! You dohohon't hahave to do thihihis!" he pleaded. His arms were plastered against his sides, which only trapped Steve's hands.
"I know," Steve shrugged, "But not I really want to." He tugged his hands free making Clint squeal. He hovered them over Clint's stomach, wiggling his fingers in the air to build anticipation. Clint could barely even look as he begged him not to do it. Steve faked him out by acting as though he was about to dive in, only to stop an inch above his belly. Clint's laughter spiked before dissipating into nervous chuckles.
"You're sohoho meannn, why nohot just get it over with?"
Steve tilted his head playfully, "Where would be the fun in that?" He poked all over the sensitive area, slowly at first, building up speed as he continued. Clint was squirming all over the place but never really tried to stop him.
Tony exaggeratedly looked at his wrist despite the fact he wasn't wearing a watch, just to be dramatic. "As much as I enjoy a good tickle torture when it's deserved, I'd much rather finish the movie."
Steve finally relented at his words and helped Clint into a sitting position. "You finally gonna watch the movie in peace?" Clint nodded and breathlessly said, "Yeah... man you're cruel."
Steve chuckled, "I wouldn't be if you weren't so annoying."
"Oh well, it's worth it," Clint decided.
They turned The Polar Express back on and watched the rest of the movie, each piping in with their own witty commentary here and there. And everything was good.
a.n. Oh my GOD! I finally wrote a fic!! Enjoy it while it lasts guys, I suck at this :D
Clint could feel the eyes burning into the back of his head from the other side of the motel room, from the other single bed. He rolled his eyes, pulling the blankets up higher. Natasha was like a cat, constantly staring at him, waiting for him to say something. He wasn't going to say anything though. Nope.
But he couldn't sleep with her eyes on him like that! He twitched, eventually caving and rolling over. A smirk touched his face when he saw that Natasha was facing him, but her eyes were closed in pretend sleep.
To give her a taste of her own medicine, Clint continued to stare intensely at her face. The way her hair was falling around her face. How she kept her arms up to her chest. If she wasn't so proud, Clint was pretty sure she'd love a stuffed animal to cuddle with. He shifted a little and grinned when her eyes fluttered. She was waiting for him to roll over again so that she could continue staring at him.
Clint bounced slightly, hoping the sound would catch her out. It didn't, but he could see her eyes twitching. It was hard to voluntarily keep your eyes shut for so long when someone else was there, he knew it.
Knowing that it was nigh impossible to catch her off guard like this, Clint hurled his pillow at her head, stifling a laugh when it hit dead on, causing Natasha to jump in surprise.
She tried not to glower, hugging the pillow tightly to her chest. Natasha grinned into the soft material. She liked this. She liked... playing. Teasing, laughing, smiling. Having fun.
Clint fought to keep his breathing steady and his movements silent as he gradually slid out of the bed. He slowly brought one foot at a time onto the ground, so that Natasha had no hints that he was moving.
He stealthily crept closer, grinning widely. This was way better than sleep.
Clint leaned in so that his face was nearly directly in front of Natasha's, still buried in the pillow.. Not too close, so that if he had actually managed this she wouldn't head-butt him on impulse. He took a silent breath. “Natasha.” He whispered, delighted when she jumped ever so slightly. She squeezed the pillow tighter.
Clint grinned. “Give me back my pillow.” He whispered, not that he expected a response. That wasn't really the point though. “I know you're awake, Black Widow.”
He only ever used that title to tease her, and Natasha bit her lip, feeling the laughter bubbling up inside.
Clint tugged at the pillow, chuckling when she tightened her arms around it in a vice grip. He poked her gently in the ribs, and was surprised and thrilled when Natasha gave an almost imperceptible twitch. He beamed. Was she ticklish? Because that would possibly be the cutest thing in the world. Badass international spy assassin. Who was ticklish.
Natasha swallowed a yelp as Clint started poking at her sides. She hadn't been tickled before, but... she was pretty sure this was what it felt like. She wanted to squirm away, defend herself, push him off. Yet she also didn't want him to stop. It felt funny and playful and nothing that she had ever really felt before, and it made her want to laugh and laugh and laugh. She sniggered into his pillow, trying to stay quiet.
Clint grinned, slowly walking his fingers up her sides. “I'm gonna get yooouuu.” He teased in a sing-song voice.
Natasha gave a strange little squeal that she was pretty sure she'd never done before... ever. She forced her face further into the pillow, blushing a little and giggling silently. This was fun.
Clint couldn't help the warmth in his eyes. The love. He really loved Natasha. He wasn't sure how yet, but he couldn't deny that he did. She was his favourite person. He loved her laughter and her happiness. He continued to spider his fingers over side, teasingly worming the other hand under the pillow.
When his fingers found her stomach, Natasha yelped, squeaked, and burst out laughing, beating him furiously with the pillow.
Clint grinned, waiting for the inevitable demands that he stop, but he was surprised when none came. Natasha's cheeks were slightly pink from laughing, her hair a little dishevelled and her eyes squeezed shut. Yet she wasn't telling him to stop. She wasn't even really trying to fight him off. She hit him again with the pillow, but didn't grab his hands.
Clint beamed. She liked this. He'd always suspected that Natasha was hiding a more playful side, but it was easily hidden for her. No, she wasn't pranking him, this was stealth training. This wasn't a play fight, they were grappling. It was a mistake that she replaced the sugar with salt. Clint's eyes narrowed as she laughed helplessly. Sneaky little spy. “What's wrong Nat?” He teased, spidering his fingers up her ribs. “What are you laughing at?”
He noticed how she tried to hide her face, but failed. “Nohohothing.” Natasha giggled, squirming from side to side.
Clint chuckled. “Sure you're not- just- ticklish?” He asked, squeezing her ribs with each word, delighting in her little jumps.
He could see the blush tinting her cheeks as Natasha tried to turn her face away to hide it. “Nooho.” She giggled softly, trying to hold the laughter in.
“Oh, okay.” Clint pulled his hands back. “I thought not. Badass spy and all.” The confusion on Natasha's face made him smile. If he had to guess, he would say she was thinking, 'why did you stop?' He wiggled his fingers teasingly. “No way you'd be ticklish. This doesn't get to you, does it?”
Natasha bit the inside of her lip, struggling not to burst into laughter at his teasing. She shook her head. She should hate this, she reminded herself. It was childish and humiliating. She was better than this, she wasn't supposed to... play.
But no one else was here. No one needed to know except Clint, and she trusted him. She liked him. He was her friend.
So for once, she let go of any pretence of being a 'serious spy', and pounced, taking Clint to the floor and wiggling her fingers up his sides.
Clint yelped and barked out laughter, squirming and squeezing his eyes shut as Natasha's quick, devious hands honed in on his weak spots. He couldn't keep from trying to push her away, but unlike most people, Natasha was fast enough to avoid his sloppy attempts.
Clint laughed deeply as Natasha's hands managed to sneak under his arms. “Tahahashaha!”
She only grinned, wiggling her fingers. This was fun. Natasha felt the strangest thrill of power, the knowledge that with just her hands, she could reduce Clint to a laughing mess. Not that he seemed that upset about it.
Natasha stopped when she noticed the red tinge to Clint's face and how his laughter had become a little breathless. He continued to giggle giddily once she had stopped, grinning and curled up on the floor. “That was fun.” Clint smiled.
Natasha smiled but suddenly felt foolish about their whole game. She looked away, and yet she couldn't help the warm feeling inside.
Clint chuckled. “I can't believe I didn't know you were ticklish.”
Natasha shrugged. “Neither did I.”
“Oh.” That pulled him up short. Not that it was surprising, just... sad. “It's fun though, right?”
Natasha hesitated, then nodded, her smile widening ever so slightly. It was fun. She couldn't remember the last time she'd laughed so much. “I'm surprised you're so ticklish.” The word felt strange in her mouth. “Doesn't SHIELD train that out of you?”
Clint snorted, shoving her. “I'm not that ticklish, you're way worse than me!”
That was better. Back to more normal banter. “I'm not the one who couldn't breathe.”
“Only cos I stopped!” Clint cried, “Besides, my armpits are the worst, I bet I didn't even get your worst spot.”
Natasha rolled her eyes. “Like you'd know.” She didn't even know her own ticklish spots.
Clint smirked. “You seem like your feet would be your worst spot.”
Despite herself, Natasha tucked her socked feet beneath her. What? She was allowed to protect herself. “Like you'd know.”
“Like you would.” Clint shot back, eyes narrowed and daring. He knew that she liked this, that was obvious.
Natasha thought for a moment, considering her options. They could just go back to sleep and that would be that. This was fun though. And who knew when she'd next get this chance? “Fine.” She said stubbornly, thrusting her feet onto Clint's lap. “Money where your mouth is.”
Clint beamed. He knew she liked it. And she trusted him too, which never failed to surprise him. “See how long you can go without laughing.” He challenged, and Natasha rolled her eyes.
“You owe me twenty dollars if I'm not.”
“You're on.” He grinned.
Surprising Natasha, Clint didn't immediately attack. Instead he traced his fingers closer and closer to her navy blue socks, teasing her with the anticipation. Knowing that this was a fairly common torture technique didn't stop the urge to curl her toes, hide her feet before Clint could get to them. No. She wasn't even ticklish there. Right?
Her toes twitched and Clint grinned. Ever so gently, he started gliding his fingers up and down her left foot in a smooth, unending motion. Testing the waters.
Natasha's breath caught in her throat. Oh no. That tickled. A lot. Certainly more than before. She fought not to smile or squirm, but she knew it was only a matter of time.
Clint must have noticed something. “Uh oh.” He teased. “I think I was riiight, don't you?”
Natasha shook her head. “No.” She said, quickly so as not to laugh.
Clint laughed. “Well I guess I should convince you.” He said, gently wiggling her big toe and earning a muffled squeak. “Cootchie coo.”
Damnit. Natasha didn't know what it was about the teasing, but it made it so much worse. She felt helpless, and yet she had chosen to be. She could still pull away. She didn't want to though. The teasing made her want to smile, the tingling feeling Clint was eliciting made her want to laugh and laugh.
But she wasn't giving in that easily.
Clint found a spot on her instep and scratched at it lightly with one finger. Natasha snickered behind one hand, not looking at Clint because she knew he'd be grinning at her.
He added another finger to his maddening assault, and her laughter intensified. Natasha fought to keep her foot there, but it was hard. She curled her toes as a relief, struggling in vain to bottle her giggles.
Clint made a show of looking at his wrist. “Wow, I think you managed to not laugh for about ten seconds? Solid effort Nat.”
Natasha yelped, “Yohohou're nohot even wearing a wahahatch!” She laughed, wrapping her arms around her sides and rocking back and forth.
Clint grimaced. “You're right.” He said, as if he wasn't still dancing his fingers over her sole. “Closer to eight seconds.”
“P-pohoshel ty- ahhahaha!” Natasha spluttered, and Clint cocked his head.
“Am I meant to know what you just tried to say?” He asked, bemused.
Natasha blushed slightly. She hadn't meant to break into Russian, it was just easier. When Clint's hand wrapped around her ankle, the other poking at her toes through the material of her sock, she squealed and flopped back onto the floor, squirming and tugging half-heartedly at her trapped leg. A strange part of her mind said that if she could only cut off her foot she would be fine here. It was a little weird that such a gentle sensation could drive her quite this mad, but that was part of the fun, right?
Clint laughed. “Give up?” He teased. “Even with your socks on you can't speak English.”
Natasha heaved a deep breath. “Cahahan too!” She sounded so young, even to herself. Like... the kid she never was.
Clint smirked. “Oh, okay then, I guess I should take the sock off.”
He let up from his playful tickles, and Natasha sat up, eyes wide with a mixture of happiness and apprehension. Clint loved the sight of her. Cheeks flushed with laughter, smile wide on her face, hair slightly mussed. She was adorable. Beautiful.
Yeah, he definitely had a crush. Now wasn't the time though.
No, now was the time to win.
Natasha bit her lip when she felt Clint pull off her sock. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad? Besides, she knew he'd stop if she needed him to.
That thought was promptly lost when Clint's blunt nails wiggled incessantly over the spot on her instep. Natasha choked on air before breaking into hiccupping laughter, laughing so hard her stomach hurt and kicking uncontrollably in a fruitless endeavour to escape.
“Woah!” Clint barely dodged one kick, letting up for a moment before managing to sit on her ankles. He laughed. “Still don't think your feet are your worst spot?” He teased, now targeting her toes, the tips of his fingers dancing wildly as Natasha tried to avoid them.
Natasha could barely breathe for laughing, let alone speak. She sincerely hoped that her feet were her worst spot, because she didn't want to imaging that there could be a worse one. “O-OKAHAHAHAHAHAY!” She tried to say around laugher. “CLIHIHIHIHINT!”
“Yes dear?”
It was too much. She couldn't take it. Natasha weakly patted the floor with her hand, and after a moment, Clint relented.
“Sorry.” He chuckled, crawling up to her head. “You okay?”
Natasha giggled weakly, pulling her knees up to her chest and nodding. She coughed. “Ihihi think my feet are my worst spohot.”
Clint laughed. “Called it!” He cried, then lay down on the floor beside her. “Seriously, are you okay?”
Natasha smiled and it was because of him. “I'm fine.” She sighed contentedly. She hadn't felt that happy in... ever.
“You gonna get up?”
“Нет.” Natasha muttered, again in Russian.
Clint smiled fondly. “Okay.” He murmured, dragging the blankets and pillow off of both of their beds and joining her on the floor. He didn't get too close, but Natasha snagged his arm, keeping them connected. Clint pressed a kiss to her hand. “You should laugh more.” He said softly. “I like it when you're happy.”
Natasha smiled gently, but her eyes were closed. Clint tightened his hold on her hand. “I love you.” He murmured, closing his eyes too.
A moment later, so softly he almost didn't hear it, there was a whisper.
Request: Can I request a Clint x family x Kate fic, maybe it’s set when Kate comes home with Clint for Christmas and she learns all about their traditions specifically their Christmas tickle fight? 🥰 (if you don’t want to write this prompt that’s totally ok!! Xo)
Note: To the person who sent this prompt, I am so sorry it took so long to get to. However, I think this was a good time to write it! It was a really cute prompt, and I hope you enjoy! Merry Christmas to those who celebrate!
It was cold and snowing outside, as a familiar car pulled up in front of the Barton household. Kate hopped out of the passenger side, helping Clint unload all the gifts for his family.
“So where’s my present?” Kate asked jokingly.
“Me bringing you here is already a gift,” Clint replied, knowing that by now Kate understood his sarcasm and snarkiness.
Kate smiled to herself, eager to spend Christmas with the Bartons for the first time in a while.
“Hello Kate, it’s so nice to see you again,” Laura said sincerely, opening the door for the two archers.
“DADDY!” Nate cried out, running over to hug his father. Clint set the presents down and picked up his youngest son, who was giggling with excitement.
Cooper and Lila came over, both giving Kate and Clint hugs.
After the hugs and greetings, they all sat down in the family room, drinking hot coco.
“So Kate, I know you haven’t been here for many Christmases, so I haven’t been able to teach you all of our traditions,” Clint said, breaking the silence.
“I’d love to learn all of your traditions!” Kate said excitedly.
“We like to build snowmen!” Nate cheered excitedly.
“No, the best part is the snowball fight!” Cooper chimed in.
“I like baking and decorating cookies the best!” Lila said, as Clint nodded in agreement.
“Me too Lila. It’s the least rowdy of them all,” Clint said, as Kate rolled her eyes playfully.
“What should we start with first? Kate, why don’t you choose?” Laura suggested.
“I think I want to start with making cookies,” Kate said, as Lila high fived her.
A few hours later, there were delicious cookies cooling down on the table. A mix of chocolate chip, sugar, and peanut butter cookies awaited. They each took a sugar cookie and began decorating it, with a variety of colored icing and sprinkles.
After decorating their own cookies, they sat down to enjoy them with glasses of milk to go with it.
“These cookies are delicious!” Nate shouted, sporting a milk mustache with crumbs on his face.
Kate giggled at the messy boy, ruffling his hair to add on to the cuteness.
After enjoying the cookies, the six of them went outside to build snowmen.
Kate made hers an archer, after herself, and was proud of her work.
“You forgot something on your snowman,” Clint said flatly.
“First of all, it’s a snowwoman. And second of all, it’s perfect,” Kate replied, turning her nose in the air.
“No, if it’s made after you then you forgot the goofy grin on its face,” Clint replied with a smirk.
“I don’t have a goofy grin!” Kate exclaimed, as she was hit in the stomach with a snowball.
“OOF!” The archer doubled over.
“Who threw that?!?” Kate questioned, with the silly, goofy grin that Clint was talking about.
“See, there it is. All you need to do is add it,” Clint said while laughing.
“Oh that’s it,” Kate said, throwing a snowball at Clint, as Cooper declared a snowball fight.
Snowballs were fired, as everyone tried their best to dodge them. Kate snuck around, hiding behind a bush, waiting for her chance.
She saw Clint was distracted, so she quickly snuck up behind him and dumped snow down his back.
“AAAHHH,” Clint yelped, as Kate quickly ran towards the kids to protect herself.
“Oh you’ve done it Kate,” Clint said, shaking his head with a smile.
“You guys are on my side, right?” Kate asked the kids.
“No!” Nate shouted bluntly.
Kate’s eyes widened, as she was then chased inside of the house, where the three kids tackled her onto the couch.
“What are you—AHAHAHAAHAHAHA,” Kate laughed, as she was now being tickled by all three Batron children.
“We forgot to tell you about our traditional Christmas tickle fight,” Lila said, as they tickled all over her upper body.
Clint eventually came inside, helping pin Kate while the kids continued to tickle her.
“NOHOHOHO THIHIHIS IHIHISN’T FAHAHAIR,” Kate yelled out.
“Hey this is on you. You put snow down my back,” Clint replied, now letting her up and temporarily having mercy.
Kate now got her revenge, tickling the kids worse than she got.
Their laughter rang out throughout the house, mixed with squeals and lots of shouting.
“Clint, you’re the only one who hasn’t been tickled,” Kate said teasingly.
Before Clint could escape, Kate and the kids pinned him, as Kate began to tickle his armpits.
“KAHAHAHTE NOHOHOHOHO,” Clint cried out, unable to squirm away, as his children were stronger than he thought.
“Awwww the big bad archer can’t handle a little tickling?” Kate asked, now tickling his stomach and sides.
Clint was lost in laughter, as Kate switched off with the kids so they could also torture him.
They eventually let him go, as he lay there panting.
Kate quickly tried to run away, but Clint caught her foot, causing her to trip and fall facing downwards.
Clint quickly pinned her, digging into her ribs and sides, causing the poor girl to squeal with laughter.
“CLIHIHIHINT STAHAHAHAHAHAP,” Kate screamed, squirming to get away unsuccessfully.
“Welcome to the family tradition!” Clint said teasingly, as Kate was still hysterically giggling and laughing.
Clint began to tickle her armpits, while the kids got her sensitive feet.
“OHOHOKAY MEHEHEHERCY PLEHEHEHEASE,” Kate cried out, as they eventually let her up.
“That was fun!” Nate said, as Clint pulled him into his lap to give him a few more tickles, making the little boy squeal with laughter.
Kate threw a playful glare at Clint, as he just shrugged.
“I think we all know Kate’s favorite Christmas tradition,” Clint said, as Kate rolled her eyes playfully.
“You’re lucky I’m nice,” Kate said, giving Clint a look of warning.
“Nice? You’re the one putting snow down my back,” Clint retorted.
Kate pouted in defeat, knowing that if she said the wrong thing, she would get tickled to pieces again.
After a few moments of silence, Kate spoke up.
“Thank you for having me over for Christmas. I really enjoyed all the traditions,” Kate said shyly.
“Anytime Kate. You’re always welcome here,” Laura responded.
“And she makes a great tickle target,” Lila teased, as Kate reached out to tickle the younger girl.
With that, round two of the traditional Christmas tickle fight resumed, filling the air with laughter. Kate knew that she had finally found her place, and Clint knew that he had just gained an extra child.
May I request Kate & Yelena discover that Clint is ticklish. Let’s just say Clint in for a day torture, maybe Natasha to the rescue at some point.
Hello anon, thank you for this request! It was interesting to write for Yelena and Clint together with Kate. Also thank you @natasharomanofftheposer for helping me write this one! Hope you enjoy!!
After the chaotic events that unfolded over the holidays, Kate and Yelena frequently invited themselves over to the Barton house. Oftentimes, the two of them would play with his kids, although Yelena usually grouped Kate with the kids. Today, Natasha had tagged along, as Laura wanted her opinion on something they were remodeling in their house.
Kate and Yelena were now sitting in the living room with Lila and Nate. Yelena was busy helping Nate build a city out of legos, while Kate and Lila were chatting on the couch. It was rather peaceful and quiet for once, until Kate felt the need to be mischievous.
“So Lila, tell me more about your dad,” Kate started off carefully.
“You’re going to have to be a little more specific,” Lila replied with a small smile on her face.
Kate thought for a moment, as she had so many questions about her favorite archer. However, even with how serious he usually was, she knew there had to be some layers of fun underneath the stoic face of his.
“How about you reveal a secret about him?” Kate asked, grinning mischievously, as Yelena now turned towards them, eager to hear what came out of Lila’s mouth.
Lila sat there, thinking for a moment. She wasn’t sure what Kate already knew about him, or what would be considered a secret for her.
“Hmm, well I don’t know if you already know this, but he’s super ticklish,” Lila said, giggling a little bit.
“Is he now?” Yelena asked, now with an evil smirk on her face.
“Oh yeah. He’s super ticklish under his arms. Cooper, Nate and I always team up to tickle him as revenge for when he gets us,” Lila replied.
Kate turned towards Yelena, each meeting each other’s eyes with a smirk that promised mischief.
“Thanks Lila! I’ll be using that secret very often,” Kate said cheerfully, before she and the blonde went looking for Clint.
Clint had been relaxing in bed, just wanting to be away from whatever mischief that Kate and Yelena were bound to get into. Unfortunately, they had just followed him, as they now both barged into his room.
“Hello Clint Barton, we just found out some interesting information,” Yelena remarked with an evil grin.
“Yelena, you don’t have to call everybody by their full name. You can just address them by their first name,” Kate said.
“Kate Bishop, you do not understand the importance of the full name. How are we supposed to know who I am addressing?” The blonde responded.
“I don’t know, maybe because there’s only one Clint and one Kate in this room?” Kate responded, while rolling her eyes.
“Shut up Kate Bishop!”
“Are you guys done arguing, so I can turn my hearing aid back on?” Clint asked, breaking up their arguing.
The two girls snapped out of it, and then remembered why they were there in the first place.
Without responding to his question, Kate and Yelena both gave each other a subtle cue, pinning Clint to the bed within seconds.
Yelena was holding his arms above his head, while Kate sat on his waist.
“We just learned some very interesting information about you,” Kate said teasingly.
“And what would that be?” Clint asked, now feeling slightly nervous.
“That you’re super ticklish, especially under your arms,” Kate said cheekily, before digging into his exposed armpits.
“KAHAHATE STAHAHAHAP WHAHAT AHAHARE YOUOUOU DOHIHIHNG,” Clint cried out, while struggling to pull his arms down.
“Don’t worry Clint Barton, your arms are staying right where they are,” the blonde teased.
“AHAHAHAHA NOHOHOHO NOHOHOHT THEHEHEHRE PLEHEHEHASE,” Clint continued to laugh.
“I knew there had to be a fun side to you! Maybe if I had tickled you earlier, you would’ve admitted that you were my partner sooner!” Kate teased.
The two girls eventually gave him a break, but only for the two of them to switch positions.
“WAIT! I THOUGHT YOU GUYS WERE DONE,” Clint cried out.
“No Clint Barton, it’s my turn now,” Yelena responded, as she lightly scratched her nails across his stomach and sides.
“YELENA STAHAHAHP WHAHAHAT DIHIHID IHIH DOHOHO TOHO YOU,” Clint screamed through his laughter.
“Hm, I don’t know. Maybe when you hang out with Natasha, that means that I can’t hang out with her. Consider this revenge for stealing her attention away from me,” the blonde merely responded, as she continued to torment the archer with her sharp nails.
Yelena then moved back up to his armpits, causing him to scream, and then fall into silent laughter.
Yelena felt a smirk forming on her face. That was until she was suddenly tackled onto the other part of the bed.
Yelena looked up to see who was on top of her. When she realized it was Natasha, her eyes widened, as she knew she was about to get wrecked.
“No, no, no, Natasha don’t you dare!” The blonde yelled, as the redhead just pinned her wrists underneath her knees and began to dig into Yelena’s ribs.
The blonde jumped at the sudden sensation she felt throughout her body, struggling to get her wrists out from under Natasha’s knees.
“NATAHAHAHSHA STAHAHAHAHP,” Yelena cried out, all with a wide grin on her face.
Natasha merely ignored her request and began to knead her sides softly, knowing that drove the blonde insane.
“AHAHAHAHAHAH NOHOHOHO,” the blonde continued to laugh hysterically.
“Little one, maybe this will teach you not to tickle people when you’re ultimately the most ticklish person on this planet,” Natasha teased, as the blonde continued to squirm and cackle.
Natasha continued to torment her little sister, as Clint now took this opportunity to get revenge on Kate.
Kate had been so amused at seeing Yelena getting wrecked by her sister that she didn’t notice Clint moving to pin her down.
“No! Clint don’t you dare tihihickle mehehehe,” Kate began to giggle, as Clint had begun tickling her sides.
“If you wanted me to tickle you, why didn’t you just ask?” Clint questioned teasingly, before digging into her underarms.
“CLIHIHINT STAHAHAHP YOU JEHEHERK,” Kate laughed out, squirming just as much as Yelena was.
“I think it’s only fair that you experience what I went through,” Clint stated matter-of-factly.
The two girls were lost in laughter for a few more minutes, before Clint and Natasha decided to let up.
They struggled to catch their breath, before another weight settled on them. Clint and Natasha had decided to switch, each getting to tickle the two of them to pieces.
“Woah no, this is so not fair!” Kate cried out, as Natasha just smirked down at her.
“I was tickled by both of you, so technically it is fair,” Clint responded, moving towards Yelena’s feet.
“So blondie, I heard that your feet are pretty ticklish. At least that’s what your sister told me,” Clint said calmly.
“No Clint they’re not!” Yelena cried, as her voice cracked towards the end due to nervousness.
“Wow, you must be really scared, you only used my first name that time,” Clint teased, before scribbling his fingers into her sensitive bare feet.
“NOHOHOHO PLEHEHEHEASE NOHOHOT THEHEHEHRE,” the blonde screamed, laughing hysterically.
“I thought you said your feet weren’t ticklish?” Clint asked, moving up to her toes.
Meanwhile, Natasha was just about to torment Kate, after watching her sister get wrecked for a little bit.
“So Kate, feeling a little mischievous today?” Natasha asked, wiggling her fingers right above the brunette’s stomach, as Kate had already begun laughing and squirming.
“Nohohohoho stohohohop,” Kate giggled out, as Natasha just laughed at her.
“I’m not even touching you yet, and you’re already a puddle of giggles,” the redhead said amusedly.
“Juhuhust geheheht ihihit ohohover wihihith,” Kate said, as she burst out into loud laughter when Natasha’s nails made contact with her stomach.
“OHOHOOKAYAYAY ENOUGH YOU’VE HAHAHD YOUR FUHUHUN,” Kate screamed out, struggling to twist away from the redhead.
The two younger girls eventually were let go, as they lay there struggling to catch their breath.
“You little silly kids just never learn,” Natasha said, shaking her head with a fond smile.
“I’m not a child,” Yelena protested.
“But you’re just as ticklish as one,” Natasha responded with a smirk.
Yelena just rolled her eyes, but didn’t bother protesting anymore. She then made eye contact with Kate, as they shared the same look that promised even more mischief in the future.
